They scheduled for the lawn mowing service on Monday or Tuesday weekly, but never came as scheduled. They have skipped more than two weeks after each service and did not respond to the phone or messages. They also billed for the wrong dates, but haven’t corrected it when I mentioned.

Terrible service. They never answer your calls, they do work you did not ask nor sign up for, bill you for things you did not have done, and use chemicals even after you've sent letters and talked to their team about not using. I wrote a letter a month ago giving them an end date for their services and they just came to our house...they're either dumb or don't care. I will never recommend them and wish they would stop trying to take our money. Avoid at all costs!

They usually come every Friday which I like, I don't like them coming during the weekdays. They can do it every Saturday but Friday is okay. They charge much less than everybody else. They charge us total for the month for $64, its a good price. They do a good job and the price is very affordable. I don't anyone is cheaper than that. When I say I don't need fertilizing, they don't remember but when I call them they say okay, don't pay for that. I guess they have too many people to remember. Professionalism, its hard to say I mean I don't have a problem with them, its okay.

They don't answer or return calls. They are so unprofessional, customer service is not good. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They came 3 to 4 weeks ago to reseed my lawn. Nothing has been growing from the seeding. They came out a week later to mow, but we said not to because nothing has grown. We told them that we wanted it to grow a little more and to come back next week. When they came back nothing has yet to grow. We advised them that we would like them to reseed it again. They agreed to come back the next day, but that has yet to happen. I have yet to get a hold of them since. I keep getting a voice mail and no return calls. I want them to do it right, and I would use them if I could get them to do that.
