Description of Work: Andrew, the head of Sol Pol, is a very good painter to work with. He shows up on time for his consulation, and he is very polite and conscientious. He never condescends or acts like he would like to be somewhere else. When it is time to start work, he and his workers show up on time, and get right to work. No small talk. They never bother anyone in the family. Andrew picks up all materials, and has great advice on paints that work and don't work, and great color advice too. He has worked in the nicest suburbs in Chicagoland, as well as some of the best neighborhoods in the city. He can handle it all, and will go the extra mile to make it work. If I make a mistake, he helps me fix it with a better choice, and doesn't get upset about it. In terms of handyman services, he can also do most projects. I have had him do electrical work (ceiling fans), fixing things, plumbing jobs (new kids' bathroom), and lighting. He also gives you a fair price, and you don't have to worry that he is playing games. He does not overcharge. Andy and his guys understand families, the comings and goings of kids, etc. If they break something, or find something wrong, they tell you right away, and fix it. No problem. I have had other painters and contracters that make you feel uncomfortable in your own home. They are definitely a pleasure to have inside and outside your home!!
