I used CPC for my kitchen renovation. I live in a very old house (100+ years old) and the kitchen hadnt been remodeled since the 1930's. John and CPC came in with a strong vision of how the kitchen should come together. He helped me locate and select all the materials for the kitchen. He has a wealth of resources for beautiful, high quality materials at very affordable prices. I selected lovely, hand crafted wood cabinets, and stone/marble/granite tiles for the floor and counter tops and they were all high quality and very affordable. He helped me pick out a great color combination for the kitchen and also worked with my vision for the kitchen so that it came out beyond my expectations. He is a very fair and reliable contractor who is dependable, resourceful, personable, and always has the customer's best interest at heart. He contracts skilled and respectful craftsmen who take pride in their work. I would recommend his work to any one looking for high quality work at very reasonable prices.

Work started on time and proceeded fast and was complete in 4 weeks. Do know what fixtures and extras you want. You never know if it will need to be shipped and how long that will take.

John, from Construction People, was recommended to us by a friend. He came over to give us an estimate to redo our upstairs bathroom. From beginning to end he was professional, easy to work with, punctual, dependable, and fair. His work is excellent and he always makes sure the job is done to our satisfaction. The bathroom was done in a timely manner and the men he has working for him are trustworthy and skilled at their profession. They took great care to keep our home clean during construction, as I have two small children at home. Since the bathroom project, John has done many jobs at our home including replacing a basement door and rebuilding the frame and masonry outside the door, fixing siding and a leak we had in a window, and new roof in 2011. I have recommended Construction People to many friends and will continue to use them in the future.

When you first meet him, he will look at you in the eye and shake your hand. He is very honest. In the middle of the project, we realized we needed to move some plumbing and he was more than willing to accommodate our needs. He was concerned with making me happy. He always wants his customers to be happy with his work. He is a pefectionist. He was very helpful during the decision making process. He was able to give us many suggestions.

They did a fantastic job and they have been a really good company to work with. I would recommend them.

JOHN WAS GOOD AT KEEPING IN CONTACT AFTER PROVIDING AN ESTIMATE. A DATE WAS SET FOR THE WORK, AND IT WAS COMPLETED IN LESS THAN A DAY'S TIME. THE PERSON DOING THE WORK WAS PUNCTUAL AND POLITE. IT WAS A JOB WELL DONE, AND REASONABLY PRICED.
