+ -1 moreIt went very well. Eugene is friendly, honest, responsive and his estimate was on target. His workmen were trustworthy. His tile guy made a big mess in our basement - if we had been forewarned about this, it would have been helpful. That is pretty much our only complaint.

+ -1 moreAn incredible experience. Eugene is a very skilled builder and very patient and responsive to the usual complexities of a major home addition. He also made great suggestions along the way to improve the design. I was not gouged in price for a few changes that occurred within the project. Project was completed within the time and cost estimate. Builder returned years later to correct a few settling cracks in drywall at no extra charge. I would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Home addition. Doubled the size of my existing home. Added 14 feet to the back of house and complete new second floor, including 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, 1 master bedroom, 2 fireplaces, a completely remodeled kitchen and family room and screen porch and second floor deck. Refinished existing hardwood floors and upgraded entire electrical service.
