Maxim is willing to do the job and kept calling me but could not answer. When i finally spoke with him it went to a voice mail. Maxim made every effort to get in touch with me. He was very nice about it even it even i told him was taken by somebody else but will contact him in the future if i need a another garage door repair.

Great experience...started by contacting me even before I was finished with the post. The connection of the garage door opener to the garage had snapped off. Max call me quickly and I booked the work for the next morning. Myles came right on time and even texted me an ETA. Even though I knew what needed to be done, Myles explained everything garage door while repairing. He also added lube to make sure everything was working properly. The whole process took 30 minute. I asked Myles to leave a sticker with the company's contact information so when needed I can call them again. Great job! Highly recommend.

I am impressed! Max called, told me ahead of time how much it would cost to replace the two torsion springs, and told me when he would arrive.
