Description of Work: Ziggy was recommended by neighbors and another general contractor in town. He came over quickly and on time to review the job which was a new roof(tear off) and soffit repair. When he was done he told me he would give me an estimate in a few days. 2 weeks went by, no estimate and no contact. I called him. He told me he would have it for me in another few days. 2 weeks has gone by and he has not given me the 2 times promised estimate. He obviously does not want the job, but could simply have said so. It is a difficult job.

Description of Work: Ziggy, came to our home was very friendly and gave me an estimate for new roof, soffits, facia, gutters and downspouts. His quote was very good. In fact it was the lowest we received by about 500. After talking with him we decided to give him the entire project. He and his team I thought at the time did a good job, they seemed to clean up well too. They Seemed to be almost done when he knocked on the door to tell me he had miscalculated and wanted $1000 more. I said no. The Results: Vents were not cut into the soffits. None of the roof fans were hooked up. A light in soffit was left completly exposed. I used a contractor who used a low quote to get the job only to complete the job poorly. Who knows if he did a good job on the roof itself. Time will tell. I have called him to discuss and he has not returned my calls. I should have known.
