Haven't concluded our contract with Tom, but very happy with his work thus far listing the property and responding to offers. Had an offer within first week, but unfortunately didn't qualify. This is why we can't confirm cost of service until sale of property, but the $500 coupon will offset some cost at time of closing.

I called Tom based on our neighbor?s Dad?s recommendation, she used Tom to buy her house but her father sold his house with him a year ago. My wife and I were very impressed by Tom?s knowledge, experience, enthusiasm and passion for he does - a very friendly and charming person. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to a residential real estate. We appreciated his accuracy and honesty when appraising our house. His advice was right on the money. House preparation for sale and few other things we needed to take care of. I have to say that his suggestions, which involved, for my house, mainly rearranging furniture, greatly improved the flow and look of our house. In short, listen to what he says, because he knows what he's talking about when it comes to house preparation for sale. We did have few other agents at the house, brand name companies, impressive websites etc., however, mediocre realtors just looking for a quick sale, wanted to list our house for 20 to 30% less than Tom Dudzinski suggested. Sure, if you don?t know what you doing or you don?t want to do much work, it is a quick and effective way to sell, or to give a house away I should say. Not Tom, this guy knows his business, works hard, answers calls or returns calls within few hours at the most, he answered all of our questions (unlike the other ?brand name? agents we invited over before calling Tom). He is not pushy or eager to just make a quick sale and move on; he put our needs and wishes first. He treated me like a person, not just a potential sale. We had a steady flow of traffic through our house, lots of showings. The house was listed everywhere, over 50 websites if I remember correctly. We listed our house within 5K of the actual sale price. When the offer come in from another real estate office and negotiations stated, our heads were spinning, this guy is incredible, he fully investigated the buyer who ended up buying our place, he explained the contract to us is such details and plain language like no one ever did before, including lawyers, and ? we did own 4 houses and 2 condos in our life, so we do remember our previous transactions. Like I said before, this guy knows his trade; his experience got put in to a good use with us. It's one thing to recommend him to strangers on AngiesList, but just so you know, my own sister just hired him to sell her house after being listed with a huge brand name local north west suburban hotsy totsy real estate company who?s adds you see on TV all the time. Over one year on the market, and nothing, zero action, she did have very nice high class custom printed house brochures that very few people got to see. Her house got listed by Tom a week ago and she already had 3 appointments to show her place. Anyway, the bottom line is this,- you wanna sell your home and sell it for what it?s worth? Call Tom, you will not regret it. Good luck!
