Golden Knots

I like the fact that Golden Knots does carpet cleaning and sales. Mumtaz was great, I called him and explained our situation and he was able to come out that same afternoon. He brought many different varieties of oriental rug runners for our stairs and we went through and picked the ones we thought looked best on our stairs. They were very nice quality. He also measured the rest of our carpet areas and was able to give us a quote on new carpet in our upstairs bedrooms. We weren't sure if we wanted new carpet or to just get the carpet cleaned. So he gave us a quote for cleaning the entire carpet area as well. We will hire Golden Knot soon..we just need to make a few decisions on what we want to do with the bedroom carpets before we order. We may just get it cleaned and in a year or so, switch it to hardwood flooring...which Golden Knot also does.

We were vary pleased. Numtaz came on time on the date promised. He was very professional. He suggested that a pad would fix the problem we were having with one rug that didn't rest flat. His price was reasonable and service was excellent. The cleaning of both rugs was fine and the pad fit perfectly.
