Bed bugs are a very distressing problem that can happen to clean homes--which ours is. Eco Tech has integrity and stands behind their work. This company is unique. Their 90 day guarantee starts after the bugs are gone. Many other companies have a 60 day or less warranty and the clock starts from day one--the day they start treating. Also, Eco Tech saved us hundreds of dollars on dry cleaning. Most other firms we contacted would have us bag all our clothing and linens, then, have it dry cleaned or washed. Next the clothing would go into new clean bags that would have to remain sealed for a certain amount of time. One would need to open the bags for one's daily wardrobe needs. We have a daughter with health concerns and it would have been impracticable for us to live this way. We did see a bug after the final treatment and Echo Tech came out promptly--at no charge. They were nice about it and did not make us feel like a burden for asking for the warranty service. Echo Tech kept its promise. One final thought. Echo Tech is fairer to the customer. When one thinks of how most other service contracts are written, the vast majority of the risk is placed upon the customer. For example: the clock starts on day one, the warranty is for a shorter period of time, the customer must bag and clean all clothing and linens, and any mistakes on following the procedure can void the warranty. Echo Tech, though, is willing to share the risk. In part, I think, because they have confidence in their approach to eliminating the problem.

They responded within a couple of days, well within my timeframe, and answered my questions thoroughly. It sounds like they have a comprehensive approach to treating bed bugs, unlike other pest control companies with which I've had experience. I'd definitely consider hiring them.

Marvin arrived on time and made a special effort to look at areas where bugs could hide. He treated the entire apartment. Marvin (last name Cheefus) was here last summer. He's been great to work with and so is the entire staff.

George and Vladimir performed the initial treatment after conducting a thorough inspection. Emil performed two follow-up treatments to guarantee the elimination of all bugs and eggs,

Today, I had an inspection for potential bed bugs. Of course, I was happy to learn that I have none :) However, I'm writing this review to express how impressed I was by the young man, Emil, who came to my house. I was nervous having a stranger in my house, especially one looking for bed bugs, but he put me at total ease. He was calm, professional and knew what he was doing. It's a scarey thing to think you might have bed bugs, but if you have any concerns, I would contact Eco Tech. (BTW, they were also the most reasonably priced for doing an inspection.)

Vladimir & George arrived, in uniform, were very informative, discussed the options after inspection. Very professional and friendly-put me at ease immediately. You can tell they are experts. From the firth call to Eco Tech and talking to Madelyn-I have been blown away with their service.

We had hired another company to get rid of our bedbug problem first. They only charged about $250 and were in Melrose park. They came in and sprayed, but the spray seeped into some of the wood furniture we had and even the wall paint. They were awful. But then my wife heard about Echo Tech, and I'm sorry it's taken me so long to write this about them, but they were magnificent! They charged a good amount, but came in and used their freezing and spraying technique. They were so knowledgeable that they knew exactly where to go get the critters. Instead of spraying the entire house, they focused on the bedframes and other areas right where the bugs lived. I would use them again every time, and recommend you go to them first!

Contacted them about a bed bug infestation. They were out within a few days and started the process. They were very honest and didn't try to sell anything that we didn't need. We haven't had a problem since.

EcoTech treated two bedrooms over 4 visits. Technicians recommended lowest price service because visual inspection showed extremely low infestation (i.e., single nymph).

Crew was a little late but phone to let us know. They explained what they were going to do and kept us informed throughout. They explained how they left things and what we and they would do next.

The men came on time, Vladimer and George. They were very polite, honest and professional/ I did not have any bed bugs, they were honest about it!

The first spaying consisted of streaming the bed frames, freezing and use of chemicals. Mattress covers and traps were purchase (less than retail prices) and installed by the technicians. Technicians also gave instructions to the tenants. Then one week later another spay occurred with a different chemical. Then two week later another spaying. If they find more bugs they would spray again. Also the technicians also did inspection to adjacent apartment as part of the spraying. All the technician were very professional, if they were going to be late they would call me ahead of time. The office people are very friendly and helpful.

They came out a few times to treat our building for bed bugs. I wish more people knew about them. The charges were less than those of another company my neighbor used. We didn't have to sign any contract either. Customer service is very important to me, and they were great. Did exactly what they said they were going to, and didn't try to sell us unnecessary services. They accomplished the mission. We haven't seen any bed bugs since they treated for them. Their employees were happy and well-treated, glad to help people and knew what they were doing. I recommend them to everyone I know.
