I've been in business in Chicago for 40 years, completing projects in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Michigan. No job is too small: I've done bathroom renovations and dormer additions. I've also done complete custom homes as well as large and small additions. Last year I completed an addition in Wheaton, a complete residential renovation in Glen Ellyn, a wall repair project for a telecom company near Green Bay, WI, and other projects. Your project is the most important project to me!

After the initial on site consultation, all clients are presented with a detailed proposal that states a detailed scope of work, a fixed lump sum fee, a time frame to complete the work, an associated payment schedule based on work completion milestones.
