4Ever Remodeling

During the cold days in January our bathroom pipe burst. With this unexpected situation we called 4ever remodeling, becouse we used theri service before. Damien came with his plumber Rafal to fix temporarily the burst pipe so we could have the water in house. After the short discussion with Damien we found out that we have to do more extensive work then what we expected. We had to replace tile around the tub, faucet, and tile on the floor, vanity cabinet and paint the whole bathroom. We kept the bathtub and some of the drywall because we wanted to reduce the total coast of the project. Overall we rececived good job and good service from this company. They did the project in timely fashion. The only negative we want to mention we thought it's going to be less expansive then what we expected.

Damian and his crew are prompt, professional and very easy to work with. From the time that we got the estimate to the time that work began, it was already clear that consistent communication and professional follow-up were important to this company. All of the workers were very nice men, kind and friendly, and made the process a pleasure. As happens on all jobs, unexpected issues arose a couple of times. In one instance, when our water main shut-off valve handle broke off, Damian called his plumber right away and we had a new shut-off within 24 hours. When we had questions or wanted changes, our issues were addressed promptly and professionally. It is difficult to live through a remodel, but working with Damian and his team made it about as easy as it could be. I highly recommend them for their workmanship, competitive prices, and most of all, their professionalism and excellent communication skills. As someone who has used several different contractors before finding 4Ever Remodeling, I can attest to the fact that this company has superior communication skills that put the homeowner at ease.

These guys are fantastic. They are timely, reliable and do an excellent job. I had issues with parts of my kitchen (that had nothing to do with them). Not only were they not annoyed by the constant rescheduling, they were extremely helpful and sympathetic. They made sure that my plumbing was reconnected ASAP, even though the request came at the last minute. My favorite thing about them is that when there is something wrong, they just fix it. An example is my bathroom vanity leaking water. I told them about it in the morning. When I came back, it was fixed. Just like that. The quality of their work is excellent as well. I am very happy with the results and would not hesitate to hire them again.

I worked primarily with Damian and a little with Diana via email. The project started with a free consult. At the start of our meeting, Damian presented a folder with his license for me to keep along with other 4EverRemodeling info. He was professional and attentive to details and asked questions where needed.The consult took about an hour. We later hired them to start work mid December. Due to schedule contraints and unexpected setbacks (asbestos tiles removal), we had to set our project back a bit. Damian and his team were very understanding of the set-back and accommodated our change in timeframes. I'd like to express why we hired Damian. From the start, he has been good with communications and still is. He is very professional. His team did great work on our home. He is very responsive when I had concerns. Damian's quick attention helps a great deal. The last thing people want are contractors that don't return emails or phone calls. His team have a few additional tasks we asked of them to do, but all that they've done so far has been great. My husband and I recommend 4EverRodeling!

Damian was great! He came by to assess the task and provided a reasonable and detailed estimate. He started the job about 6 weeks later, based on both of our schedules. He was in touch with me throughout. His worker, Robert, was hardworking, thorough, polite, and expert at the job. Damian came by several times during the 5-day job to check on its progress and answer any questions, etc. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others!

4Ever Remodeling team did what they promised. We had estimates from 5 other companies before we had estimate from 4Ever Remodeling. What made us choose 4Ever Remodeling was the professionalism and knowledge of the construction business as well as design ideas and solution for our kitchen that Damian demonstrated on initial meeting. He also provided us with welcome package , which gave us inside into company history and what it can offer us. After meeting with Damian we felt better knowing that this was a solid business that we can trust with our kitchen remodeling. The entire 4Ever Remodeling team from the office staff to workers were very professional, courteous and excellent at their craft. There ability to help flush out all the little aspects of how our kitchen would meet our functional meeds made the end result that much better. The whole crew went above and beyond would be an understatement. The schedule provided was spot on and the work was done on time, which is unheard of today. The end result was nothing less than stunning. We could not have dreamed of a better overall result with minimal disruption to our home. The best part, we were able to enjoy a great experience and have a great end result with design that we absolutely love. We have more projects coming in the future and we will definitely call them for the estimate.

Very nice crew made sure all details complete and on time and only one "extra item" came up on site we were able to upgrade a water line to copper that wasn't in original estimate but that's how these old houses go.

Our back-room addition needed help. I believe it started out as a 3-season room with the previous owners. The floors were made of decking over a subfloor. The walls and ceilings were covered in faux woodgrain paneling. The double doors to the room were the original exterior doors (with a big trip hazard of a threshold), and there was an exterior window between that room and the next. Also, the ridge on the vaulted ceiling had started to sag in the middle. I got three quotes. Damian of 4Ever Remodeling gave me a very complete and competitive quote, and he followed up after giving it and seemed eager to do the job. He also came recommended by a neighbor who used him for a kitchen remodel, so he got the job. Most everything went very smoothly. 90% of the work was handled by one guy, Marcin, who was awesome. He showed up when he said he would, and he stayed late a few nights to get things done. Marcin's workmanship was great. He did the demo, did some framing, installed the LVL ridge beam, ran conduit and electrical, drywalled, installed new french doors (which required him to rip a little off of each door and build a frame), built some custom casements and trim, and painted. He had one guy helping with some of it, but he did a lot of it himself. He even stayed late on the last night to install a new ceiling fan for us. Marcin also fixed a leak I had where the roof of the addition met my house. The previous owner told me it was fixed (it wasn't), and I've paid two other people to try to repair it only to be frustrated the next time we got a major rain. The demo allowed us to see exactly where the water was coming in, so hopefully the problem is solved. This repair was not part of the main work order. Marcin did it on the side (with Damian's approval). I had a lot of questions and a few changes along the way. Damian responded quickly to every email, and neither he nor Marcin balked at my requests. For the most part, these changes didn't affect the price. For example, I asked them to relocate a thermostat to another wall and to wire an existing switch to work as a three-way switch with the new lights they were putting in. The only work Marcin did not handle was the new hardwood floor, and it's the only part of the job with which I was not totally satisfied. Two guys installed 3 1/4" unstained red oak strips. I have red oak running the opposite direction in an adjoining room. That wood is unstained, but it is old and has developed a warm, reddish-yellow tone over time from an oil-based poly. I knew the new floor wouldn't match perfectly, but I told them it was my goal to get it as close as possible. He stained it a summer oak color and finished it with a water-based poly. In the end, it's really not even in the same color family (much more brown in tone). There's also a noticeable flaw in the middle of the room. It looks like one board was not sanded smooth enough and the stain collected in the grain. There's also one spot near a door where one strip was cut a little short and a gap shows near the baseboard. That said, the floor looks pretty good overall (even next to the adjoining room). I just didn't feel like I got the same attention to detail with that part of the project. Other than the floor issues, the only complaint I have is with the mess. They taped plastic up over the doorway, but it wasn't always sealed entirely. Sanding drywall and spray painting the trim put a LOT of dust in the rest of the house. I've never done a big project like this, so maybe that's absolutely unavoidable, but I would recommend you be vigilant about keeping the plastic up if you have work done. All in all, the few negative points don't detract from the finished product. The room looks great! I'm very happy with it. It's so much more enjoyable to sit there now, and I'm so glad we had it done. 4Ever Remodeling got the job done as promised. They finished in the time they said they would, they didn't go over budget, and they were extremely attentive and responsive from start to finish. I would use 4Ever Remodeling again, and I would easily recommend 4Ever Remodeling to anyone looking to renovate a room.

This was our second experience with 4Ever Remodeling, and we are very happy with our new kitchen. We ask Damian for the same crew that worked on our lest project. They are very hard workers. We worked on design with Damian and Aneta who is their cabinet supplier. Damian and Aneta did great job helping us to maximize the storage space in our kitchen. Damian also had countertop samples, which was helpful during picking up the style of cabinets. The project stared on schedule. The team worked quickly and effectively. I saw the progress on the job everyday. Damian visited the job site to see the progress and make sure everything is fine. It took over 4 weeks from start to finish, to do the whole project. The 4Ever Remodeling team did great job on our kitchen remodeling project. Everyone who was involved in this project was very professional. Our experience with 4Ever Remodeling team was very positive. We initially contacted two other companies for the estimates but Damien from 4Ever Remodeling was knowledgeable regarding all the remodeling kitchen details. He was very confident on the estimate and explained to us all the steps of kitchen remodeling. That was one of the reasons why we picked 4Ever Remodeling for our project. Arthur, Damien’s lead worker and his whole crew did great work. From the demo thru cabinet’s installation to the final touch ups, they were very professional and organized on the project. Everything went well. The job was scheduled and completed on time. Damien was on site often to ensure everything was done properly. He was very professional and easy to contact with any questions or concerns. The bathroom looks great!

Damian has always been polite and timely - I never had the feeling that any job was too small and/or that he just could not make time for us. He gave a quick verbal quote/estimate, within a few days, and then gave us a written estimate. He made suggestions we did not think of, and we have already discussed future work on the bathroom. His contractors were timely and kept to themselves, which was great when I am working from home :) They kept the bathroom door closed, minimizing the dust throughout the unit. Damian stopped by and called regularly, to check on the status of the job and his contractors. They were considerate of the fact that my husband and I have only one bathroom : ) and did their best to finish and do a great job in a timely manner. Let me add that my father is a retired contractor/carpenter (it was a small business). I really appreciated Damian's suggestions for the job we just completed and future work. We WILL be working with him again soon, to change out our vanity in the bathroom, and remove the tile and subfloor, as our grout keeps cracking. Some things were not done right when I bought the place place years ago - and Damian understands that we want to make it better for us and for whoever purchases it from us when we decide to sell and move on someday :) It has been so difficult to find a good and reliable company, and we are glad that we found Damian and 4Ever Remodeling!

I joined Angie's List specifically for the purpose of remodeling my bathroom. I read several contractors' reviews and narrowed it down to two. The first one I called said he did not service my area. The next one I called was Damian at 4Ever Remodeling, and it was the best choice I could have ever made. He was everything that the reviews said he was and more. I am remodeling the bathroom because I plan on selling my condo in the near future. From the initial meeting for the estimate and consult, I was truly impressed by his knowledge of his craft. He was honest and forthright in his recommendations, especially due to the fact I was fixing it up to sell. When the project started, Damian was there every morning when his workers arrived. He is extremely punctual. Sometimes he was there even before the assigned time. If there were instances where I needed to call or text him and he wasn't available, he would immediately get back to me. No waiting hours for a return call or text. His workers are just as nice, friendly, and punctual as he is. Their names are Robert and Henry. Robert is a master at what he does. His expertise and skill really showed in the final product. The quality of the work is impeccable. Both Robert and Henry were very friendly. Punctual. Took their time in what they were doing. Never rushed anything. Extremely clean. They cleaned up at the end of the job every day. If you had any questions or needed their input on something, they were extremely courteous and accommodating. The bathroom looks beautiful. Exactly how Damian said it would. I would not hesitate to recommend Damian and his crew. He is the nicest guy and so are his crew. I would use his services again in the future in a heartbeat. We were so impressed with Damian's initial review and estimate that we decided not to obtain any other estimates. We do not regret this decision. Every appointment from the estimate, final measurements and daily work were kept on time. When a severe plumbing issue was discovered during the work, Damian arranged for a top notch licensed plumber to do the repair work. This was done for a very reasonable price and was expertly done. The work was excellent. We were kept in the loop for any and all questions. Damian and his crew made sure we were happy with every step of the remodel. The work areas were cleaned up at the end of every day, and the general house areas stayed remarkably dust free. The bathroom is amazing! We are so happy to have chosen 4 Ever Remodeling, and I would choose them first for any other remodeling work in the future. We can't say enough about how professional, thorough, friendly, and accommodating everyone was during this experience. The job took a little longer than originally anticipated, but that was due to the plumbing issues that were entirely unforeseen.

We did some pervious remodeling in our new home and now came time to renovate the kitchen. 4 Ever Remodeling did very good job preparing all the blue prints for the kitchen and scheduling the project. They provided us with list of supply stores which helped us a lot during the remodeling, also they help us select cabinet style, granite counter top and hardwood floor as well as pick the colors for the walls in all rooms. They finished the project one week before they estimated, which was a nice surprise. Whole team was very responsible from Damian thru the cabinet designer, granite counter top installer to team that worked on our kitchen. It was little over our budget but it was worth to invest that amount of money because the end result is astonishing. 4 Ever Remodeling is very professional company, and we made a good choice od picking the for our kitchen remodeling project. 4Ever Remodeling is an incredible company. From the owner Damian to his team. They provide a service that is far superior to other renovation companies. 4Ever Remodeling has done other projects for us before and now they finished another one-kitchen renovation. From the estimate to the start of the project it took 3 months. The whole project was done with-in seven weeks. But this was what Damian estimated before he started the project. The project moved very smoothly and everything happened just as he said it would. Our kitchen is beautiful and extremely functional. We love it. We have been impressed by Damian?s eye to detail and the ability to resolve any problems that came up. Working with 4Ever Remodeling proved to us that they put customer and their needs first . These guys were pros from the very beginning. We had talked to about 4 different contractors, 4ever was a little more expensive but totally on the ball with everything. They got the job done on budget and on time. It looks better than expected. We are going to be using them again for other stuff.

My house is a 1922 year old Bungalow, and had NEVER been remodeled. I inherited it and have plans to put it up for sale. I started with remodeling the bathroom, refinishing the hardwood floors through-out and painting. Then, it came time to take a good look at the sad state of the kitchen. I worked weeks at removing many layers of wallpaper and plastic tile. I discovered the plaster walls were a mess. I decided to put new dry wall up so I would have smooth walls to paint. I had the company that did the bathroom, dry wall the kitchen. At first I was going to try to put in a few new cabinets myself, but then decided that this job (as small as I thought it was) needed an expert. Crooked walls...etc. I found Damian the owner of 4Ever Re-modelers. I could not have been happier! After the initial meeting with Damian he provided me with some great ideas on how to maximize my small kitchen. He was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable about every aspect of remodeling. I told him I needed to get the house renovated so I could put it on the market to sell, and at the same time I had a small budget to work with. I felt immediately comfortable with his suggestions on how to update my 1922 kitchen! He had great idea's on how to maximize my space. Within 24 hours, Damian drew up a design for the kitchen and had my estimate ready. He was able to start the project within a few days. Lucky me! He closed off a window in the kitchen with more dry wall so I could have wall space for upper and lower cabinets. YEAH! When he started, there were only a few METAL cabinets over a very old sink, no other cabinets. He closed off two windows in the pantry with drywall and removed and enlarged the door opening. He eliminated the refrigerator in the kitchen and moved it to the pantry. He added matching kitchen cabinets in the pantry. Originally, the pantry had only wooden shelves and a small cabinet. His design was great, because he added much needed cabinets and counter space in the kitchen. We also closed off a doorway to a bedroom that was off the kitchen. Damian referred me to a Kitchen Cabinet Specialist (she was great and watched my budget as well) and a Granite Countertop Company. All I had to do was pick out the cabinets, granite and faucet for the sink. My husband installed the light fixture. Damian worked very closely with both the cabinet company and the granite specialist through-out the remodel. The Cabinets took about ten days from purchase to delivery. During which time I had a all my hard wood floors refinished. The cabinets were installed in a day and the Granite a few days later. Things went so smooth. Timing was perfect from beginning to end. Everything turned out beautifully. Damian was in contact with me almost daily by phone or text message. His crew did a wonderful job, never leaving without cleaning up. And he kept me on budget! There is never a reason to watch over his shoulder as he is on top of EVERYTHING! Don't even think of hiring anyone else, as he is the BEST! The total cost of my kitchen: this does include the initial drywall installed by another company, Damian's design and installation of cabinets, which included additional drywall, 19 cabinets total, electrical, granite, sink, faucet and light fixture, new stainless steel oven and built in microwave plus a new oak floor was approximately $20,930.00. Painting of walls NOT included. I will admit I am a very picky person, a worry wort, and the smallest of details are important to me. If you are anything like me DO NOT HESITATE to hire"4Ever Re-modelers". Thank you so much, Damian!

This is the fourth project I've done with Damian and his team, and the most complex. He worked around my schedule when it took me longer than expected to get the materials and tile (I provided the tile and some of the other materials to save on cost). He also worked around some schedule changes when I decided to bring a plumber in to replace our pipes and drains while the walls were open for the remodel. Marcin installed the tile and did an excellent job. I think the job was a bit more involved than they had expected with the tile design (used a beveled subway tile with a partial herringbone layout) but there were no complaints about the extra time it took and the job was done skillfully. Marcin and his team stayed late in order to finish the job before my family came into town for an event. Everyone was flexible and easy to work with. I had no qualms about leaving them at my house to work while I was at work each day. They were good with my pets and kept my escape artist cats from escaping the house. Bathroom ended up looking gorgeous, very happy with it.

We interviewed few companies. After the initial meeting with Damian he provided us the ballpark estimate as well as we noticed he has a solid knowledge on how to remodeling projects. That's why we invited him back to discuss more details in a project. It took us over a month to make final decision after that we were ready and we called Damian to schedule an appointment to sign the contract. Also during the initial meeting we discussed starting date. during remodeling there were many people involved. Everyone was willing to help with any questions or concerns we had ,there were small bumps along the way but Damian and his crew helped us to deal with it. the whole project took almost 7 weeks, which is what we expected. Also Damian made sure to keep in touch with us and answered our questions along the way. He visited the jobsite to inspect the progress almost every day to make sure everything is fine and schedule up to date. after everything was completed we are very happy with what we received from 4ever remodeling On every remodeling project there are issues that may arise and our project was no different but the key to final success is having the right people that can come up, to take ownership and provide solutions for these problems. These are the guys you are looking for. Damien is 100% dedicated to your happiness. Damien and his crew did a complete remodeling of our kitchen, basically tearing it down to the studs and redoing the floor, cabinets, everything. At our request, he relocated a heat duct to open up more space in the kitchen. He advised us this might lead to a loss of heat upstairs, as the air duct now had several new redirections and would lose air pressure. Sure enough, after the work was finished, we noticed our bedroom was cooler than before. This wasn't Damien's fault, of course, as he had advised us against this. But even though it wasn't his fault, he was willing to put in whatever work was necessary to amend the situation ... for no charge. This only confirmed what I had known all along - 4Ever Remodeling's business model is 100% geared to customer satisfaction. They will take care of you. As for the work itself, Damien's crew showed up every morning on time, and stayed as late as needed to stay on schedule. They even worked Saturdays to keep the project on pace. They quoted us a complete remodel in 6 weeks, and the finished well within that time. Damien responded promptly to all our requests for information, and did everything in his power to make us happy. Oh, and the work is beautifully done. In fairness, the only downside to our experience was cleaning up the basement after the remodel. Our house is over 70 years old, and the work upstairs ended up coating our basement furniture with dust. Damien's crew had taken precautions to keep our upstairs furniture protected, but perhaps didn't estimate just how dusty the downstairs would be. But let's face it.... if a dusty basement (which I cleaned up in a few hours) is the only complaint we have for such an extensive project, I would say that's overall a job very well done. You will not be disappointed.

This is secend time, when we hired 4Ever Remodeling. The price wasn't the lowest however we worked with 4Ever Remodeling before and we knew that going with them especially Damian would get us the bathroom that we wanted, and we weren't mistaken. The final product is beatiful with contemporary design. The lead worker Robert was very professional, alweys on time and made sure that work area was alweys clean. Now that everthing is compleed we can enjoy the bathroom.

I have known Damian for over 7 years now and he has done about 50 jobs for me?at least. I trust him with the keys to my homes and the keys to the apartments that I own as well. In all that time and all those jobs totaling approx $100,000 there has never been one negative experience or comment from one of my tenants. They know and trust Damian as I do. 4Ever Remodeling not only did beautiful job but they did everything on time as well as kept the area clean. What I liked was Damian's understanding, knowledge and readiness to answer any question we had and explain how everything works, also Damian managed the project in professional manner. Once everything was done Damian and his team check if everything was working properly and made sure we are happy with end result. Although 4Ever Remodeling was not the lowest in price but it was worth every penny if not more. I will definitely call 4Ever Remodeling again and recommend them to everyone.

4Ever Remodeling did an excellent job on remodeling our bathroom. My husband and I presented 4Ever Remodeling with a complete bathroom remodel that included removing tiles and cement board to the studs on some walls because we wanted to have a walk-in shower with a mosaic shower pan instead of a tub/shower combination. We also wanted a pocket door, new toilet, vanity and new sink/plumbing. During the first phase (aka pre-interior designer) Damian guided us to consider new design features that could improve the basic overall flow of the bathroom and the final look. We incorporated many of his suggestions in the final design, which was done by a freelance interior designer. As with most home projects, along the way, we presented his team with some challenges such as buying very heavy Italian porcelain tiles for the floor and wall. The installation for the vertical tiles required a master craftsman since everything needed to be level and perfectly aligned in order to achieve the look that our designer wanted. There isn't a tile out of place--beautiful job. 4Ever Remodeling also has a great list of suppliers. Throughout the project, we valued Damian's and his team's skill and expertise on how best to install our selected purchases from his suppliers. We would certainly work with 4Ever Remodeling again if the opportunity presented itself.
