The whole process went very well. Damian, the owner, is professional, organized and responsive to any concerns that arose. We were fortunate to have Robert do the majority of work on both bathrooms. He was a hard worker, great attention to detail and kept the work area clean. The results of both bathrooms are beautiful. Highly recommend this company.

We needed a complete demo of our living room's old plaster walls which had cracks in several areas. I spoke to a few companies and it was 4Ever Remodeling that stood out. They didn't beat around the bush trying to do a quick job, unlike other companies who claimed to be trying to save me money by doing inferior work. 4Ever remodeling understood exactly what I wanted and did the job the right way. From receiving an estimate to project completion, Damian, the office manager, and myself shared open communication on progress of the project and how the process would go. The workers on the project also came at their promised time each day and worked hard. Now, my living room looks brand new and it definitely wouldn't be without 4Ever Remodeling's hard work and promise to make it look great.

Damian was always very up front with the obstacles and potential issues from renovating in a 1920s home. He was realistic and honest and cautious (all things that we needed as new renovators). Robert was an incredible asset and was the kind of person that you have 100% faith in. He was prompt, professional and just the best kind of professional who includes you in pertinent decisions (but doesn't overwhelm you with the stupid stuff). We ran into issues... and no project will ever be void of these (especially in an old home), but this team was incredibly quick with outreach and problem solving. They always came to the table with options, and allowed us to decide. I have to say maybe the best part of our working relationship with 4Ever was how quick they were at getting back to us! It was almost immediate, and we didn't find this with any other contractor team. It was high quality work with high quality customer service, and that balance is difficult to find. Project was on time for the most part (even with some additions to scope). It was a good decision to partner with 4Ever Remodeling. We do not regret it, and would do it again in a heart beat.

We use them to remodeled our new rental property. They did good. We are happy with the final result.

We used this company before for our old house and they did not disappoint at this time as well. From the beginning to the end everything went well. They invited us to the office to discuss the project. After that visit, Damian came to measure everything in our house and send us the quote with in 5 days. When we finalized all of the details, the process went smooth and quick. Arek, Martin and Adam did outstanding tile and carpentry work. We are satisfied with the final result, and we would not hesitate to hire them again.

We used 4 Ever Remodeling in our small condo in 2014 after a roof vent leak ruined our bathroom ceiling and fan. We reviewed them then and said we would use them again. We are now planning on listing our condo for sale, and wanted to update the bathroom and kitchen to be competitive for the area and be pleasing to the eye of potential buyers. Once again, Damian was respectful of our budget and recommended what we needed to do and not do, especially if we were looking to sell. If we were rich, we would have torn out the floors, this that and the other! Damian checked on the project regularly, and his contractor, Marcin, was very meticulous and such a nice guy. Diana, Damian's wife, regularly checked on the status of the project before and during, and kept us up to date on what our balance was at the time so we could budget it out. We picked the items, and had to do a few custom things to make them fit. Damian did recommend some products and colors. The bathroom updates included: new vanity and mirror (vanity now has granite countertop and undermount sink); new lighting over the vanity; new toilet, bathtub wall surround torn down and redone with subway tile and shelving; mounted shower curtain rod; and painting. In the kitchen: damages to existing cabinets touched up/stained; laminate countertop removed and replaced with granite counters and undermount sink; tiles removed and/or regrouted. Since Damian does not refinish tubs at this time, we had another contractor refinish it towards the tail end of the project. We will be listing the condo for sale soon and we are sure the work done by 4Ever Remodeling will help us. I will update my review once we list and sell. We will be renting a bigger place for a while, but when we own a home again, we will be using 4Ever Remodeling again. The condo looks beautiful.. We waited too long to do this.. But we hope someone else will soon be enjoying all these updates : )

Turned opputuntiy to offer an estimate

Damian responded promptly to my initial call for an estimate for some kitchen work. (We had 4Ever Remodeling do some bathroom work for us a little over a year ago, and we were very pleased with the work and price then too.) We are on a tight budget, and we wanted to get an idea of some options for updating aspects of our kitchen. I know Damian does a lot of much bigger remodeling jobs. Still, he was very attentive to what we wanted to do. He provided me with some reasonable options. We ended up forgoing replacing the flooring and instead just did the countertop / backsplash work. Damian scheduled quickly, per our request. He or Diana responded via email and/or phone calls to any of our questions prior to the work being done. The counter and old backsplash was removed on a Thursday. The new counter and sink installed on Friday. His worker was here the following Tuesday and Wednesday to put in the subway tile for the backsplash. Due to the damaged wall behind our original backsplash, they unexpectedly needed to put up new drywall before installing the tile. The work was done promptly, cleanly, and within our budget. The finished work looks great! We would definitely hire Damian and 4Ever Remodeling in the future!

4Ever Remodeling did a gut rehab of our downstairs bathroom in December 2015. They did a beautiful job and we were very happy: extremely professional, always punctual, did what they said they would do when they said it, etc. And when our daughter left the water running in the bathroom upstairs, flooding into the newly rehabbed bath, 4Ever Remodeling quickly responded and is redoing the ceiling that was damaged by the overflow. Damien is always courteous, responsive and prompt. I can confidently recommend their services to others.

Excellent. Damian, Diana the office manager, all of his workers and sub-contractors were professional, on time and cleaned up well. Of special note is Marcin who did exceptional tile work on the backsplash and fireplace. Damian handled all the permits and inspections with ease and much quicker than expected. Start to finish was 2 1/2 months. He started on time and finished all work I originally wanted done on time and managed to add a few more items I wanted after construction started. His contracted budget price was spot on and only changed due to things discovered on inspection like updated plumbing and electrical that needed to be done per code. He worked well with my kitchen designer, made good suggestions and modifications to the plan but wasn't pushy. I was out of town during most of the remodel and could only check things on the weekends. He kept on schedule and me updated throughout the process. I really appreciated his attention to detail and he even double checked all kitchen measurements of the design before installation began. He dropped in to check on progress daily. I couldn't be happier with the results and the entire experience. I have no horror stories like many of my friends who have undertaken remodels. I received 5 different bids on the project and Damian's was near the highest. I chose him because I felt he was upfront, very detailed in the bid, and I called 3 references he provided in the area who spoke openly and honestly. He gave me a long list to choose from. I also chose him because he had experience getting permits in Oak Park which was a heavy concern of mine since I was new to the area and had never gone thru the experience. The lowest bidders did not. I highly recommend him and would go back to him for additional work.

We interviewed three different contractors and picked 4ever Remodeling out of it. It is not the cheapest, but it is the most trustworthy one. The bathrooms look great after the work. The best thing about 4ever Remodeling is that they are proud of what they did. If the job is not perfect they care not any less than you do. We will hire them back for kitchen when we are ready.

I've done a lot of remodeling in the past with various companies, and I was very impressed with 4Ever Remodeling. I thought Damian as well as the team doing the actual work were great. Damian was extremly responsive from the beginning and took time to clearly explain the contract and scope of work. He also frequently came to my house to ensure I was satisfied with the work (which has not alway been my experience when using other remodeling companies). He aIso knew his employees very well; they did not appear to be random subcontractors. He was also very knowledgable about keeping work up to code even though the scope of my particular work didn't require permits. I had some patch work done by other painters prior to the remodel with 4Ever Remodeling. When I told Damian I was worried that the other company had patched over electircal without taking the appropriate precautions, he opened the walls for me, confirmed it was done incorrectly (and could be a fire hazard), and fixed it free of charge. All of the work was completed professionally and on a timely basis. I thought the price was a little high for the scope of work that I had done, but I think labor is very expensie right now for remodeling projects so I was not suprised by that. I will definitely use 4Ever Remodeling again for larger construction projects.

Damian and the 4Ever remodeling team did an excellent job. Always prompt, clear communication on what to expect, and top quality work being done. I had Damian's team in my house daily for almost a month and was very comfortable with how hard they were working and how well everything was completed.

When we interviewed multiple contractors for our bathroom projects, we liked Damien from 4Ever Remodeling the best. He was very upfront about his cost and his quality of work, and he presented us with a list of past project clients who would give him a recommendation. He and his crew worked flawlessly with our designer to create our dream bathrooms. His crew was punctual, respectful, and hard working. We didn't mind them being in our home for over a month doing two bathrooms back to back. His costs were fair and Damien was always willing to talk to us about any issue we may have. When we came up with our punchlist of things that needed addressing after the project was "done", someone from his crew came out and fixed all the tiny issues and the final outcome is perfect. I highly recommend them and will use them again for our kitchen remodel.

I am so happy I chose 4ever Remodeling to do my basement remodel. From the estimate until the final payment, Damian made the experience awesome. Once I signed the itemized contract, Damian set up a start date. The employees always arrived early morning and worked all day. They were polite and always left the space cleaned up. The communication was important to me, and Damian and his staff did not disappoint. Damian always responded to my texts within 30 minutes. He gave me a detailed list of items I needed to purchase or pick out (tile, faucet, vanity, vinyl tile, paint colors). He also brought samples and picked up items from the store. Diana, his office manager is also very good at sending email updates and answering questions. The employees never left without giving a start time for the next day. I highly recommend 4ever Remodeling and will use them for future projects.

It went well. A worker was at residence most every day with exception of period where we had to wait for counter-tops to come and be installed. Damian and Diana are excellent communicators and always responded quickly to any questions and issues. Martin was the primary contractor at the house. He was competent and knowledgeable in all areas as he performed most of the plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and tile work. The work area was cleaned daily. They used plastic on doorways to minimize dust and dirt to the household.

We had a really great experience working with Damian. Him and his office manager Diana were always quick to respond and clear about payments, time expectations, and status of each project. The work we had done turned out beautifully! Im thrilled with the tile work that was done in our bathroom. His team works hard and in a timely manner. Another aspect that made this process really great was Damian's respectfulness. I've had a couple of bad experiences with contractors and inspectors that don't seem to understand or respect that I'm a woman that knows a little bit about remodeling/ how things work. Damian treated me really well and didn't talk down to me once. This may not be important to everyone, but it was very important to me! Thank you Damian! We'll surely be in touch for future projects. So glad I have a contractor that I can recommend to friends!

I was very pleased with 4Ever Remodeling. This company was referred to us by our friend, however we still were not sure due to the size of the project. We also contacted some of the previous client's, to better understand how the company is viewed by previous customers. The management by Damian and his whole team, was amazing! Damian is very talented and he knows well how to organize and run big project like this. Damian and his team exceeded our expectations. Damian is a great communicator, kept us informed about anything and everything that was going on, on the project. Schedule was mostly kept. With any arising issues Damian was courteous and explained things to us in a friendly, non condescending way. Damian suggested improvements and gave us some design ideas for whole project that really made a difference with the end result. Damian and Diana worked closely with us to come up with a design ideas for different parts of the project. There bathroom and kitchen designs ideas are truly what make our home. There are very original, imaginative and most important respectful of the customers. They understood what we wanted and did not force there own ideas on us. They have clearly expressed there process and office systems to us, which allow a smooth progression with the project. The process was explained to us on the first and second meeting. Damian explained to us clearly terms of the timeline, budget, change orders, payment and etc. Any concerns, issues, questions we had we could always reach out to Damian. We never experienced situation where something wasn't explained or answered. The whole 4Ever Remodeling team is really pleasant and well organized. They are nice to work with, the quality of workmanship was superior. After the work was completed the house is beautiful. They put a huge attention to detail. Several of the projects in our home require exceptional knowledge of the trade and 4Ever Remodeling team proved that they have that, from the electric (Greg), to plumber (Mario) and flooring guy (Ralph), than cabinet, tile installation, painting and drywall work (Rafal and his helper), siding and window guy (Tom) and finishing with roof (Sergio) they were all very good. As with every project, especially one of this size there are always a few loose ends and glitches, but we worked everything through. The key was communication and Damian letting us know of what was going on. The review is little bit longer, than any other review, however the size and cost of the project is bigger and we wanted to provide future customers with useful feedback. We are really happy with how everything turned out. We highly recommended 4Ever Remodeling.

Damien and his team did an excellent job with the project. They were very responsive to my initial inquiry and throughout the process. Unlike other construction companies I have worked with in the past, they have a dedicated person that handles emails, phone calls, scheduling, contracts, etc. She is very responsive and professional. Damien was extremely professional when giving us his estimate - he was realistic about what was reasonable to try and do and told us what he thought made sense and what didn't. He was also spot on with his timing - I've never had a construction project done in the exact time I was quoted! The person that worked on the project was excellent - also professional and courteous. But the real proof was in the work - which was impeccable. Every corner of the moldings, seams of the paint, etc were done perfectly and no one would ever know the rooms didn't come this way. I was very impressed with how well the construction came out. We also wanted a custom door put in, which we said we would do ourselves since it would be delivered almost 2 months after the project was completed. But Damien said he?d be happy to come back and install it for us which was a generous offer and shows his level of professionalism and ensuring customers are happy. I would definitely recommend Damien and his crew for any project.

I am very pleased with the work I had done by 4Ever Remodeling. The owner Damian was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Everything went seamlessly from the quoting process to installation. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work that I had done. Damian and his employee Robert were always punctual and very helpful. Robert was a fantastic worker. He and Damian were always punctual and cleaned up after themselves very well. They both went above and beyond to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. Very top notch company.

4Ever Remodeling completed a gut rehab of my 100 year old Chicago Bungalow kitchen. Unlike with other contractors I had, Damien was very hands-on. He did not just assign someone to do the job; he worked closely with his crew and me. His crew worked efficiently and completed a beautiful job. The kitchen is not large, but I did have one wall knocked out and moved back 1 foot in one area and 2 feet in another area. The kitchen is still small, but moving the wall made a huge difference. Despite the challenges an older home can have, they worked with me every step of the way.

Damian, the owner was very responsive and followed through on all asks to include the last minute items we requested. We had Marcin work in our house and he worked quickly, efficiently and left everything clean every day. We have a very old home that is not the easiest to remodel but Marcin did an excellent job with al of the items. Our bathroom feels and looks like a beautiful clean spa now. I am already reaching out to them again to do more work in our house. While the price is competitive, it was worth every penny we spent and we will definitely be seeking them out for all needs in the future.

Damian and his crew did a fantastic job remodeling an old basement bathroom with a shower. The old bathroom was ?boxed in? by HVAC and plumbing so it was hard to expand. They reconfigured some of the plumbing and HVAC so that the new shower was considerably bigger than the one in the old bathroom. Damian and Diana did an excellent job of communicating with us throughout the project. Work started on schedule. Once the work started, 4Ever worked just about every day so that the entire bathroom was done in a few weeks. Marcin did most of the work and he was terrific. The construction process went very smoothly, but equally important, the finished bathroom is truly wonderful. Based on the positive reviews in Angie?s List, I expected 4Ever Remodeling to do a good job. However, I was really impressed with the quality of the new bathroom. I would not hesitate to use 4Ever Remodeling again for another remodeling project.
