Everything went great. It was a massive project: we had to do essentially everything to our basement: rebuild the main sewer line, a full new concrete floor, layout design, walls, insulation...you name it. At each stage they were VERY communicative, answering all my annoying questions (it's not my first rodeo, so I asked a lot of questions). Peter, our GC, was always prompt in getting back to me, and walked me through every step, explaining exactly why they were doing something, why it was necessary, and giving me choices when available. Highly recommend. Great design team too.

They also use an app to track payments and communication, which made it very easy to stay on top of things. 4Ever Remodeling designed and built our full gut kitchen remodel, and they did an amazing job. We wanted high quality, top of the line workmanship and materials since this was a once in a lifetime project for us, and 4Ever delivered. Their work is precise - we had some difficult tile work that was done immaculately, as well as custom cabinets that were installed with an eye for detail, which is exactly what we wanted. The prices were not bargain, but that’s not what we were looking for - we wanted a firm that could provide the expertise for high end work, and 4Ever delivered. Magda in the design studio was an especial joy to work with - she understood my somewhat unique vision and made it come to life with excellent improvements and suggestions that only a professional with a great eye could have come up with. They handled the permitting with the city of Chicago, which is a pain in the butt, and our project coordinator was responsive and available when we needed him. The project took a long time, but that wasn’t 4Ever’s fault - it was the city of Chicago’s! We would definitely use 4Ever for major contracting project that required design help - we couldn’t have done it without them!

Very well. They were there everyday. Often times working through lunch. I am very happy with the results. Cleaned up left no mess I could ask for more.

The quality of the work is very high. There were some bumps along the way with measurements not being taken correctly for floor and shower tile. This led to us making several roundtrips to the store which was a lengthy drive. Overall, we are very happy with how the bathroom turned out and we are very happy with the work.

We have used 4Ever Remodeling for two bathroom remodels and they have done a great job with excellent craftsmanship. We got estimates and how they work from 3 remodeling companies. After talking it through with all 3, we found 4EverRemodeling was the best option. We are very particular about communication during every step, which they understood completely. They have a customer portal we used and every step and schedule was communicated clearly and was timely. When we had questions, 4Ever responded almost immediately, which we appreciated.

4Ever Remodeling is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted one place to go to so I can choose samples for a bathroom remodel. They have a showroom with many samples to choose from. My designer selected choices for me based on what I told her I wanted in my bathroom. The choices were exactly what I wanted and it included all the small detail items so I did not have to go anywhere but their showroom. Our bathroom is a conversion from a shower to a bathtub and the final product is perfect! The project manager kept the project running smooth and I was given updates all the time. I highly recommend 4Ever Remodeling.

We worked with 4Ever to remodel our main bathroom and are very happy with how the process went and with the end result.
