The 4Ever team was great - they communicated any issues that popped up clearly and got them addressed quickly (it's an old house, and there were some surprises when we opened the walls). Our total time was within 5 days of the estimated timeline despite needing additional work at the front end, and everyone on the team was great to work with. The crew cleaned up each day so the dust and mess was minimized, and when one of us had a question, they took the time to answer and help us understand what they were doing and how it contributed to the final rooms. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I hired 4Ever to redesign and remodel my kitchen. From the first meeting with Ryan to the sign off with Peter they exceeded my expectations in every way. Magda and Lien did a beautiful redesign of the space. Robert who did the work did everything including plumbing and electrical relocation, drywall installation and painting, HVAC relocation, installation of cabinets and new appliances. He did an amazing job-highly skilled and thorough. In addition, Robert cleaned up at the end of each day which made the project easier to live through. Peter was my primary contact and he visited my house almost every day to make sure all went as planned. The whole project was completed in about four weeks. I found everyone at the company easy to work with, prompt in their communications, honest, hardworking people who are finally really nice.

The 4Ever process was seamless and easy. Everyone was helpful and professional, from sales to design to installation. We are very pleased with how the projects turned out.

Everything went great. It was a massive project: we had to do essentially everything to our basement: rebuild the main sewer line, a full new concrete floor, layout design, walls, insulation...you name it. At each stage they were VERY communicative, answering all my annoying questions (it's not my first rodeo, so I asked a lot of questions). Peter, our GC, was always prompt in getting back to me, and walked me through every step, explaining exactly why they were doing something, why it was necessary, and giving me choices when available. Highly recommend. Great design team too.

4Ever Remodeling designed and built our full gut kitchen remodel, and they did an amazing job. We wanted high quality, top of the line workmanship and materials since this was a once in a lifetime project for us, and 4Ever delivered. Their work is precise - we had some difficult tile work that was done immaculately, as well as custom cabinets that were installed with an eye for detail, which is exactly what we wanted. The prices were not bargain, but that’s not what we were looking for - we wanted a firm that could provide the expertise for high end work, and 4Ever delivered. Magda in the design studio was an especial joy to work with - she understood my somewhat unique vision and made it come to life with excellent improvements and suggestions that only a professional with a great eye could have come up with. They handled the permitting with the city of Chicago, which is a pain in the butt, and our project coordinator was responsive and available when we needed him. The project took a long time, but that wasn’t 4Ever’s fault - it was the city of Chicago’s! We would definitely use 4Ever for major contracting project that required design help - we couldn’t have done it without them!

Very well. They were there everyday. Often times working through lunch. I am very happy with the results. Cleaned up left no mess I could ask for more.

The quality of the work is very high. There were some bumps along the way with measurements not being taken correctly for floor and shower tile. This led to us making several roundtrips to the store which was a lengthy drive. Overall, we are very happy with how the bathroom turned out and we are very happy with the work.

We got estimates and how they work from 3 remodeling companies. After talking it through with all 3, we found 4EverRemodeling was the best option. We are very particular about communication during every step, which they understood completely. They have a customer portal we used and every step and schedule was communicated clearly and was timely. When we had questions, 4Ever responded almost immediately, which we appreciated.
