We had contacted several contractors to get an estimate on our project. 4Ever came through with a detailed quote, references and more documents in a presentable folder. Their estimate came back reasonable and was satisfied with what was presented. The project took about two and half weeks. Throughout the time, the team was responsive and answered any of our concerns. We are happy with the completed project.

Second time we used this company. The job took longer than expected but we are very satisfied with the results. They responded to our needs and were there, when they said they would be. Design was done profesionally by company interior designer.

It went very smooth and timely. Magda, project manager, was always responsive and very pleasant to work with.

Damian/Magda/Kuba were all great. The basement looks awesome and the price was reasonable. We turned a wide open space into a family room, dry bar, laundry room, bedroom, full bath, and storage.

Everyone from the 4ever team was great, including Damien (owner), Magda (designer / project manager) and Kuba (foreman). The project took just under 8 weeks start to finish, and communication was excellent throughout. Our space has been transformed from an uninhabitable mess to an upscale floor of our home. In particular we were grateful to have worked with Magda, as her suggestions and recommendations on flooring, paint colors, ceiling options and finishes were excellent.

We renovated our house in 2008, adding a master bath en suite. The whirlpool tub that was installed never really suited our needs and was actually installed incorrectly, causing some leaks when we used it. So, we needed the tub and sink pulled out. We wanted to keep our steam shower as it was but we were going to put in a new floor, new sink, claw foot tub and add a new coat of paint. Damian came out to assess the job and gave us a quote. He was punctual and totally professional; he answered all questions we had and provided us with all the required paperwork during our free estimate. We were lucky to work with Magda, the designer. She made a few appointments with us prior to our start date to get an idea what we needed. She provided us with a 3D drawing of how our bathroom would look when it was finished, which really helped us to visualize everything. She also met us at the stores to help us pick out our materials. Kuba served as the manager of the job and he was fantastic! He was prompt, let us know where we were in the process and kept us up to date. Magda also stayed in contact with us through the entire job. If we had questions, she answered either by phone call or text right away. The difficulty with our bathroom was maintaining a fluid style. Magda found the tile border that we used in our steam shower so that both sides of the bathroom match. Kuba made gorgeous wood shelves for the cut out in our wall that exactly match our new cabinetry under the sink. The floor tile is beautiful and the paint color on the walls has brightened the whole space! I LOVE MY NEW BATHROOM! The only issue we had with the job was with Studio 41, which provided our fixtures, including the tub. They did not order the correct water pipe setup for the claw foot tub. It had to be ordered from New York and it took two weeks to arrive. Our job was completed far before that and I could not use the tub! And they also had fixtures we ordered at the beginning of the job that they never told us were on backorder. When I reordered different versions of the fixtures, they did not fit!! I had to chase them down and make multiple calls and appearances in their office to get my money back. But we will definitely use 4Ever Remodeling again. We have gotten so many compliments. 😊

4Ever Remodeling did a very nice job. There are always hiccups in large renovations of old houses, but Damian and his crew explained these and gave us options. The designer Magda was a great resource and totally was worth the extra charge. The crew worked 6 days a week and got the work done close to their predicted time. The quality of the work was very good. I would strongly consider them again for any future projects.

Damian's professionalism and responsiveness is what shined here. The typical remodeling experience usually requires the homeowner to play project manager to some degree. This was not the case here. 4Ever Remodeling's team was always on time, came when they said they would, and completed the work when they said they would. The quality of work was excellent, and when the rehab uncovered existing issues in the house unrelated to their work (such as sewer issues), Damian was quick to provide professional, quality referrals to keep the project moving on schedule. The upfront cost quoted by 4Ever will likely seem higher than other quotes you'll get. There's a good reason for this: large projects always have some degree of scope creep and differences between what the homeowner expects and what the contractor delivers. This usually results in incremental costs added to the total bill and you end up paying significantly more than the original quote. The estimate Damian provided was pretty spot-on and he delivered what we expected. The professionalism, quality of work, and quality of his team made a huge difference in this experience. The premium you pay with 4Ever Remodeling is to know you're going to be getting what you wanted at the price you're quoted - and you're going to be able to trust that this work is done right and built to last.

The project went very well. The workers cleaned each day after they finished. They stayed on schedule and were available to answer any questions or concerns.

We interviewed several home remodeling companies prior to our home addition project. 4Ever remodeling landed the job based on word of mouth and previous projects with happy customers. We spoke with a few couples that previously used 4Ever remodeling as well as family members that highly recommended them as they completed their remodeling project 4 years ago. Damien the estimator did very good job in preparing detailed estimate/brake down. We know exactly what we were paying for. 4Ever remodeling office staff, handled all permit-paper work and interior designer help us in selecting all items. The planning stages were well though out, with no gaps in communication. Although we used our own architect everyone worked together as one team. Damien wanted most details to be made upfront, so there were fewer problems down the road. The building/remodeling process was amazing! Only minor issues came up (like with any remodeling project additional costs was due to the inspector request but that is normal for an older house). The project consisted of adding additional square footage to our home by: new foundation, structure, electrical, plumbing, furnace and AC, master suite, hallway bathroom, 2 bedrooms, roof, back patio, windows, vinyl siding, hardwood floors, etc. Their experience showed every step of the way. From subcontractors to staff in the office. They were all very up front and handled all requests on time and very professional manner. The additions was completed in 5 month as promised. The end product was of high quality, no doubt! Ultimately, we are extremely pleased with 4Ever remodeling and end product. We plan to use 4Ever remodeling again. 4Ever Remodeling did a great job. The bathroom looks fantastic and the process was as smooth as you can expect a major renovation to be. They were always on time, very responsive, and creative with problem solving. Working with Magda as our project manager/designer was so helpful. She actually shops with you to help you make decisions and try to find tile and fixtures that will fit your vision, but there's no pressure to use certain vendors or more expensive items. The renovation process is stressful no matter what, but working with this company makes it so much easier.

Damian was recommended by friends of mine. I saw one of his projects at their place. He helped me to choose cabinets as well as a color of the floor. He was available through the entire work to answer all my questions and concerns. No catches, no hidden fees - we paid the same amount of money what we have in the contract.

We just finished a complete kitchen remodel. It involved extending heating ducts, moving plumbing, adding lights, taking out a multi-layered floor, insulating a crawl space, enlarging a window, covering another window, new doors, everything. It is beautiful! The work was of the highest quality. The care and dedication everyone showed throughout the project was of the highest level. It all started with the wonderful, helpful designer and continued with the workers who were there all day, everyday, starting very early in the morning. All this was told to us previously by references provided, and they were right. We already have another project waiting. Highly recommended!

Damian's team was great. They were professional, courteous, and always responded very quickly to all of our questions. Magda was our designer and project manager and she was extremely helpful in making sure we felt comfortable with all the design selections and decisions. She also communicated every step proactively so we knew exactly what was going to happen next and when. We are very happy with the end result. There were a few things that we wish were better handled in terms of timing (e.g. felt rushed in making a decision on shower stall curb tiles) but they were all very patient and worked through everything professionally. Would definitely hire again.

Very well. Most work was done in 3 weeks. Magda, the designer was very helpful and acted as a project manager. Derek, the contractor, did all the electrical, plumbing, drywall, tiling; he was very knowledgeable and his attention to detail was impressive. He was also very responsive with our concerns (which were few).

The project went very well. The designer and project manager, Magda, was a pleasure to work with. She took a lot of care with the design particularly the tile styles, patterns and colors. She accompanied us to the stores to pick out the fixtures and the tiles. The project took longer than originally estimated but getting good quality work was worth it. Two tradesmen performed the bulk of the work and a licensed electrician and plumber were also brought in. All the workers were courteous and tried to keep the construction dirt contained. On a couple occasions we were not at home when the work was being done so the workers entered and locked up at the end of the day. We were pleased with all the workers but want to especially cite Martin who did most of the finishing work. The pattern we choose for the wall tile was complex. He did an excellent job and the end result looks great.

I signed a contract with Damien for a general remodeling project. The crew installed 10 new interior doors, 2 complete bathrooms, and a new kitchen. Additionally, they painted complete interior, and installed new baseboards. Damien and his crew were right on schedule and we loved how fast things went during the remodeling. They passed all 8 inspections and were right on time. Project took 12 weeks from start to finish which was exactly what Damien promised at the time we signed the contract. We are now looking to get our rental property remodeled and know who we will call. Special thanks to Damien, project management staff and project supervisor. Our house looks great and thanks for working within our budget.

Very well. Robert and Ziggy told me what time they would arrive each day and were punctual and cleaned up after themselves. The work was very professional and well done. Damian kept in contact and made sure I was satisfied. We had a small disagreement about the scope of the work to be done to restore the room. We worked out a satisfactory compromise.

We had a great experience with every project. 4Ever remodeling has really transformed our home into a personal palace. They always seemed to finish ahead of the final date. The team ( Martin, Rob, Greg, Tom, Jose, Magda, Ralph, Jack ) that worked on our home were wonderful and very professional. They never left a mess before leaving the projects. Only this one time we had a small issue with my dishwasher leaking after they finished the kitchen, about a week later I discovered the leak, so once I called the office they promptly sent out a handyman within one day. I love to entertain my family now. Their work is exceptional and fairly priced.

The overall remodeling experience with 4Ever Remodeling was very impressive especially the way the work was coordinated. The project manager's crew that was assigned to our project arrived every day early and worked around my schedule. I very rarely had to change my plans or miss work. They were very neat and organized. Although the job took more than a month because we requested more work. We started with the hardwood floor and moved on to kitchen and finally the cabinets. In approximately six weeks the work was completed. I am pleased with the work. To this date there has been no problems with the renovation that were made.

Working with Damien and Magda was a great experience. They helped us identify the best way to tackle the job, and were very timely and professional during the entire process. They come highly recommended.

Damian and Diana are the owners of 4Ever Remodeling, and these guys really go the extra mile. They were hired to work on our addition - 2,500-square foot dream home. We redesigned, added more square footage, foundation, repainted walls, framing, siding, windows, doors, kitchen, bathrooms, basement etc. This company is reliable, honest, and their work plus materials that they use are of high quality. When they saw something needed to be done to greatly improve the property, it was done in timely fashion. We trusted them to make decisions while we were out of town, and formed a friendship that will carry on now that the permitting and construction phase is finished. However, our working relationships continues, as this company guarantees their work after completion and they are still working on little repairs and touch ups within warranty period. I can highly recommend this company, and I assure that you will be working with honest reliable people when you hire 4Ever Remodeling, whether you remodel or decide on home addition.

This is the second time I have used 4ever Remodeling and once again, I can rave about their services. Damian's team is on time, on budget, very clear with every step of the process, and the quality can not be beat. I also used their designer, Magda, and she was invaluable both in helping to work on the design of the bathrooms but also sourcing for materials and interaction with the construction team. We chose 4Ever Remodeling for our kitchen remodel after meeting with Damian and receiving his quote. Of all the contractors we met, Damian was the only one we felt was on our same wavelength and we continued to be happy with our choice throughout the project. Here's the way the company works: the customer can choose to work with a designer (Magda) or not; Magda's services cost $700 (or $750, I can't remember) up front. If you choose not to work with Magda, the customer is responsible for making all product choices and purchases; if you work with her, she'll help pick materials, do the design elements, and figure out good color combinations (she'll even go shopping with you!). Once those choices are made, the customer is responsible for most of the purchasing - the sink, faucet, appliances, tiles, etc., while the company orders the cabinetry and provides some of the basics, like light fixtures. We chose to work with Magda and are very pleased with the design choices (see pictures) she helped us make. She was extremely responsive, sending us photos of suggested tiles and flooring and never pushing us to go beyond the budget. The kitchen is probably the only room in our house that is actually color-coordinated! The process of purchasing all the materials was very time-consuming. It's a trade-off: this way, the customer is in control of many of the budget pieces; on the other hand, you are committing many weekends to gathering all the materials, down to the grout for the backsplash. The project took about 7 weeks, start to finish. We had been given a shorter timeline, but there were some problems along the way, mainly with the cabinets. When they were delivered, two of the cabinets were the wrong size; when the new ones came, their doors were smashed up. Those problems put us well behind schedule The workmen 4Ever Remodeling uses are polite and punctual, and they did a good job cleaning up. The people working on the heating system were not the best -- we came home the evening after they installed a new line to find it leaking -- but the electrical work looks really good. Some of the finish work is a little less than perfect - the uninsulated vent for the stove, the slight gap between cabinet and wall, the minimal patch to the floor where a radiator was moved. On the other hand, the room looks great, we have a lot more storage than before, and it is the best-lit room in our older home. We would definitely recommend 4Ever Remodeling to anyone concerned with combining quality work and responsible budgeting.
