Had a great experience with the whole crew, they were always on time and professional. My bathroom looks great and we really enjoy it. If I need anything done in the future I would definitely hire 4ever Remodeling again.

I had a bathroom remodel done in my home and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was professional and responsive to all my concerns! The cost was competitive with other major remodeling companies but the final cost depends upon your selection of fixtures! The project manager, Konrad, made daily visits to supervise the work and answer questions! The contractors, Paul and Mario, arrived for work on time each day! They were friendly and took care to make sure the non-work areas were protected as much as possible. I was contacted by the project manager whenever a decision regarding placement, substitution, or a hiccup occurred! I am so glad I chose 4Ever Remodeling! I have a beautiful bathroom and am very satisfied with all decisions made! It was a pleasure working with the entire team and I look forward to future projects!

This time we hired 4Ever Remodeling to replace our townhouse roof and 12 vinyl windows.

They did a wonderful job from start to finish. The tile work is gorgeous.

4Ever Remodeling provided excellent services and we are completely satisfied with all of the work performed in our home. Our project manager was excellent at communicating with us at all times. Extra care was taken to keep our home clean during construction and everyone was a pleasure to work with.

4Ever Remodeling did a full renovation on 2 of our bathrooms (master & full bath)... total project took 6 weeks. We were relatively new to the renovation process and our biggest challenge was hiring a contractor who would provide quality work, but not disappear for extended periods. Our decision came down to a few contractors, and we selected 4Ever based on their reviews and presentation – we’re glad we did… 4Ever helped us narrow down our finishes and design, then generated a final plan with drawings. Most other contractors perform work based on the client doing the planning, so we were happy we had an agreed plan going into the job. 4Ever also communicated directly with our HOA to address questions and get approval for the project. Once we agreed on a start date, the project commenced on schedule. Magda and Derek worked on our project, both of whom are professional and very responsive. The team worked Mon-Fri (and occasionally Sat). We were apprised of the project status throughout, and I talked to the 4Ever team nearly everyday. Any questions/concerns I raised were addressed immediately. As with any renovation, no matter how much planning is done, there are adjustments along the way… and the adjustments needed during our project were managed to our satisfaction. I stayed home from work at times to be around for key decisions / installations, but for the most part the team came & went on their own. I was able to text / call anyone at 4Ever anytime. Overall, we are happy with the end result. The quality of the finished work is very good, and the final touchups are being addressed. No one looks forward to renovations, but the 4Ever team is professional, the process is smooth, and the result turned out exactly as designed. I would hire 4Ever again for our next project.

Excellent! 4Ever Remodeling did a fantastic job across the board. Two areas of excellence I especially appreciated: 1) they were very communicative (provided updates on the work to be done each week, alerted us to specialty workers/inspectors, etc) and 2) provided design support to help us choose colors, fixtures, etc. This second service was very appreciated--didn't push in any direction but my own, but nudged me gently when I needed to get things done to keep the project on schedule. Magda is fantastic!

We were interviewing a few general contractors for our extensive 2,400 sq ft townhome renovation. The reason we chose to go with 4Ever remodeling was through recommendation. Our friends have worked with the company and were very satisfied with every aspect of their remodeling process. I am glad we went with that recommendation because even from the consultation it was apparent that they were on top of everything compared to other companies we met with. Within two weeks we were in their show-room going over our proposal and the whole remodeling process. After going back and forth for a few days, that is when we decided to move forward with our project. I can't emphasis how kind and patient the whole office staff was with us. From Damian, Magda, Katie and the project manager Conrad, they all worked as a team to keep us in the loop about the progress of the whole remodel. Magda, their designer, had so many great ideas during planning, she took the time to understand our style and vision. She met with us several times to make sure that we are going in the right direction with the design. Once, we saw it all come together in the 3D rendering that they provided, we couldn't wait to get started. From start to finish, the whole remodel took 5 months. The contractors arrived on time and worked hard everyday to make sure that everything was done according to the timeline. The project manager was onsite everyday to ensure everything was going according to plan and was able to provide us with updates of the progress. Being in constant contact did help ease the stress, because we knew what was happening through out the whole remodel. Overall, we are very happy with the service that was provided by 4Ever remodeling. From working with the permits and city inspector, to the craftsmanship of the work, as well as the communication and management, they worked hard to make this as stress free as possible. Definitely will be working with them again.

We love our new kitchen! We went from a tiny galley kitchen to a much more open space including knocking down a wall and putting up a beam. The whole team was great to work with and we are so happy walking into this space every morning. It's a delight to be in and functions beautifully.

This was the fourth, and largest, project that we've contracted 4Ever Remodeling to perform on our older home. Damian and his team delivered high quality work as always, and made sure to clearly communicate schedules and timing of the work throughout the process. They coordinated all permit inspections, and communicated with our architect as needed to insure the final build was correct. I highly recommend these guys.

These guys do a very nice job. We've been very happy with the outcome, our bathroom is fantastic. Compared to other contractors, they show up when promised, work quickly and efficiently. We've had one issue with shower glass, and they've been very much on top of it, and solution driven!

We weren't able to go with 4ever Remodeling because we had a tight timeline. But I really appreciated their honesty about other jobs and their inability to commit to our time frame. They were quick to get back to us, listened to what we were wanting to accomplish, and honest about the process. I would definitely recommend working with them in the quoting process.

My master bathroom is beautiful. 4Ever’s quote was the lowest of the three we received, so we proceeded cautiously. The project manager Konrad was in constant contact with us the whole time, even during the holidays. Konrad and his team accommodated all of our design needs and shared concerns, when necessary. We received competitive prices on the quartz countertop and custom glass shower. Everytime I brought up something that was missed or overlooked, Konrad made sure it was resolved satisfactorily. Unfortunately, the project timeline was not met partly due to the winter holidays and a design issue, but thankfully, we had other bathrooms! We did not want to compromise quality over timing so we were understanding of the delay. Even when the project was done, we raised additional issues where were addressed accordingly. We will definitely consider 4Ever for future remodeling projects.

We recommend their team to anyone looking to remodel. They were very professional, helped bring our ideas to life, always on time and worked hard all day to complete our project quickly. We are very happy with the end results and highly recommend.

Wonderful. The 4Ever Remodeling team was very organized, the work was performed on time, within budget and at a high level of finish and detail. Additionally, they accommodated a last minute time delay on my part and were able to reschedule the renovation for later in the fall. A wonderful experience all around. Would highly recommend them!

4Ever Remodeling did a great job of remodeling my bathroom. I talked to at least half a dozen contractors before I picked 4Ever Remodeling. 4Ever Remodeling’s price wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive. It was somewhere in the middle. It was reasonable to me. The process was quite simple. They sent me a list of finish materials (such as tiles, grout, shower faucet ...) to purchase and vendors they recommend after the contract was signed. One was a tile store and the other vendor specialized in bathroom items such as shower systems and vanity lights. Each of these vendors had knowledgeable people who were very helpful us. We just showed them the shopping list from 4Ever Remodeling and they provided all all the information and recommendations we need. We made our choices, make the payments, and arrange for deliveries. We spend one to two hours with each vendor and our shopping task was complete. This whole shopping process was surprisingly painless and productive. We got to talk to the specialists for information and recommendations we need. It enabled us to make informed decisions. We had no need to worry about making wrong choices. We also received discounts from those vendors because of 4Ever Remodeling. I am very happy with the work done by 4Ever Remodeling. They didn't make shortcuts. Everything was professionally done. Tiles were cleanly cut, nicely lined up, and grout was expertly applied. Mirrors, lights, countertops ... everything was measured and lined up. They all seem sturdy and can be expected to stay in place for a long time. The people from 4Ever Remodeling were nice, professional, and easy to talk to. They kept the work area reasonably clean. They put in full days of work every weekday until they completely finished the project. There was no disagreement on how things should be done or what was included in the contract. In summary, I believe 4Ever Remodeling is a very good contractor. I would hire them again in the future. I would recommend them to anyone who needs remodeling work done.

We hired 4ever Remodeling because of their pricing and design services for our basement and bathrooms. We appreciated how collaborative the whole design process was from start to finish and found Magda was always open to whatever ideas would help create our vision. We were very impressed with Derek's carpentry work that seamlessly built a new linen closet into our hallway’s existing space and maximized the space beneath our staircase to create additional storage. When issues arose, we always felt that Magda was committed to finding a solution that would leave us happy. We are so happy with the final design of our bathrooms, basement, and storage.

We hired 4ever remodeling to complete design and remodeling of our kitchen and bathroom. Whole process went smooth without surprises. Communication and quality of work was oustensing. They sticked within our budget.

We hired 4Ever Remodeling for extensive remodeling of our first floor, including a new kitchen and bathroom, updated living spaces, modernization of our electrical system, new HVAC ducting, and installation of a new steel beam in our basement. Damian and Magda worked with us up front on price and approach to find a way to execute the project despite many other companies bypassing the work on budget and scope concerns. Once we agreed on scope, Magda worked with us on designs for the kitchen and bathroom. In the meantime, 4Ever worked with their architect to draw plans, and expedite permit applications with the city of Chicago. In total, this process took around 5 weeks until the permit was approved and work began. 4Ever managed their own subcontractors for the majority of work and I was generally happy with the quality of their work and my interactions with them. In addition, we were able to do work ourselves around them, as well as have other contractors we managed directly work during the project without any major issues. I had A LOT of questions around specific details and Magda and Kuba were happy to answer them and provide advice. We did run into hiccups regarding our permit which required an additional permit application, and resulted in delays on the project. Communication could have been improved during this time as work came to a halt despite the fact that there were still things to be done unrelated to the permit issue. Ultimately, it came down to to the fact that most contractors want to work many consecutive days on a project instead of doing smaller things here and there, but this wasn't very clearly communicated at the time and this made us a bit nervous about the project completion and move in date. Additionally, one of our change orders was signed, but ultimately refunded because 4Ever could not find a subcontractor for the work. We ended up hiring someone ourselves and it worked out, but it caused some coordination problems near the end with finishing touches. Ultimately, things improved once the permit issues were resolved and the project was completed in around 5 months from the original permit issue date. 4Ever did a good job of managing the final punch list, and city inspections, ensuring someone was always on site to meet the inspector. We were encouraged to attend all inspections as well, which was reassuring. Overall, I would hire 4Ever Remodeling again for my next project. The quality of work is good for the price, and they did a good job of managing work to the standards of the Chicago permitting process. While we did not come in on budget, it was largely due to unforeseen circumstances with renovating an older home, permit changes, change orders for additional work, and differences in allowances calculated at the beginning of the project. Do your research up front to understand the level of fixtures and finishes you will want as that will greatly influence your shopping list budget, which 4Ever separates from their base price. In addition, make sure you have visibility as the work progresses, and follow up on things that don't look correct. Generally, they will work to fix them or explain why things are in the current state.

It was delayed, but it was an access problem in my condo building and not the fault of 4ever. Magda, our designer and project manager, helped us through the process from start to finish and was a treat to work with - she's always all smiles. Our complicated bath reno is beautiful, we love it!

Team of Damian, Konrad, Marcin were excellent! Damian was the foreman and estimator - he was prompt and prices seem to be fair. Marcin was the contractor that did all of the hands on work. Very friendly and professional. The quality of Marcin’s work was impeccable. They sent me to one of their vendors to help with my tile selections, all which I am very happy with. Konrad provided excellent communication - very prompt and responsive. He provided me a weekly schedule of work and made sure to check if I had any / questions/ concerns along the way. I’ve been remodeling my house for the last 15 years and this my last project to get done (hopefully). If I did have an upcoming project, I would definitely recommend this company.
