Every morning Steve was on time for every step of the build and we couldn't have been any happier with his attention to detail, willingness to work with us and overall great manner. I acted as my own general contractor on my basement remodel hiring each trade one by one. Hiring Steve of Revolution Builders was the best move I made as he and his workers were present and helped on my project from start to finish. I felt the prices quoted were very fair compared to other bids and the workmanship was excellent, with attention to detail and a ready willingness to modify designs or correct any concerns as my project went along. In early January of 2012 they fully framed by basement in a matter of days based on my designs (with their input often improving my ideas) and worked with my and the city inspector during the framing inspection. Later they returned to adjust the rough framing after the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing contractors had made some modifications. As my basement was finished they built a beautiful custom bar with cabinets high and low, a back wet bar, and a bar island complete with stone work, woodwork, and integrated lighting all on site. Finally during the trim stage of the basement they installed base molding, wood railings, woodwork around columns, window framing, and finally a custom seating riser for a home theater room. Their work on my basement was complete in May of 2012. Throughout this time Steve was always available, always prompt, had neat and considerate workers and was willing to answer questions even outside of the scope of the work I was asking him to provide. Building my basement was a learning experience with some contractors being a positive experience and others being a negative one, but Revolution Builders was the best choice I made in the whole project.
