+ -1 moreBen Thrall Excavating has been maintaining our Jet septic system for the last 8 years and they are the best. The service is always prompt and well done. When we first bought the house, I knew nothing about septic systems. I asked a lot of questions and they were great about spending the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Routine maintenance and replaced the concrete lid for our Jet system. The maintenance was included in my annual contract with them (required by Will County). The $65 was for the replacement lid.

+ -1 moreIt was good. This was the first time using them. I called them out to repair the jet pump and they were the only one who carried and installed the one that was designed for our system. The worker was fantastic. He was right on time. I mean they gave a window of about an hour and he came right in the middle of the window.
Description of Work: Septic Tank. They replaced the aerator pump in the septic system.
