Description of Work: Had leak in master bay window as a result of deteriorating Juliet balcony above. Todco was very responsive and personable. Still had leak after first phase of work. They came back out and identified another problem that added several thousand dollars to repair costs. Sort of feel that this should have been diagnosed and included in first quote (@7k) but proceeded with work and paid revised amount. It is important to note that our home was built in 1886 and copper cornices had to be custom made for our repair. It has been a year and the work is sound/copper has weathered beautifully.

 + 0 moreTodco roofing matched the tile on my roof perfectly and repaired the leak around my skylight. They are friendly and professional and I am so happy I can count on them. I spoke with their employees while they were working on my house and they have been doing their jobs for many years. Another company wanted to put TAR on my tiles (even I know that is wrong)! Thankfully I looked around for a professional and reputable company. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Tile roofing and skylight repairs. There are not many companies that perform this type of work, let alone know what they are doing!

 + -1 moreI called on a Monday to make an appointment to get an estimate to get my roof replaced. A Woman took my message and said someone would call back when they go back in the office. It was Wednesday before the man called back, and said he would come take a look at the roof that afternoon. It has now been 6 days and no one has either called or shown up to look at the roof. I will not hire them even if they do show up now. Failing to either show up or calling to reschedule is inexcusable.
Description of Work: We did not continue to try to get an estimate.

 + -1 moreWe have hired them to do work on plate roof, which is tricky work but they do a great job with it. Their pricing is reasonable and they are fairly easy to work with as far as scheduling, calling to reschedule if necessary. So far we have never been disappointed and we would recommend them to anyone.

 + -1 moreThe guys did a great job! The work was done carefully and the quote was quite reasonable, lower than two other estimates that I had gotten.
Description of Work: Had water leak around the chimney. Tiles around the chimney had to be removed, the flashing replaced, rotted boards replaced, new tar paper put on and tiles replaced.

 + -1 moreTodco Roofing Co sent a great guy to do this work. I was very pleased with the look of the roof after he was done. The new copper flashing is very beautiful and has an ornate design. This contractor has been very responsive and they always return calls.
Description of Work: They replaced a lot of the tiles on our roof and installed copper flashing around the whole roof. We have a 3500 square foot home.
