Servpro of Frankfort

I had a flood in my basement. They quoted me one price, then when they found out it was going through my insurance company it almost doubled. It wasn't a written quote. The guy who can out said, it's probably going to be this much. but when they actually came out and did the work it was a whole nother ballgame. They did a great job. The work was impeccable. They were out the same night it happened and they could have charged me double for doing it that night. Where as I had pretty much had the mess cleaned up at that point so I told them, don't worry about it. Come back tomorrow morning. The crew came out the next morning and took care of everything. Just watch the price. If they quote you a price it should stay that price. The work was impeccable it was just that. Fortunately I didn't have to pay out of pocket for it, but once they found out it was insurance, Boom. It took about 5 days. The workers where very professional, very nice. I didn't have any problems with Servpro, except for the price quote.
