Description of Work: Installed a new 4-ton American Standard 14.5 SEER air conditioner (Silver SI) and matching indoor coil. Replaced the outdoor pad and put down gravel to form a firm base. Removed Freon from existing lines between the outside unit and indoor coil, pressure checked and cleaned the lines before installing new refrigerant, and even re-ran pvc drain pipe from the coil to my drain make the pipe less intrusive. Removed my old equipment. Cleaned up both outside and inside.

Description of Work: I uses them in the fall and in the spring. They will be here again to check the furnace.

I had one little problem one time because my air conditioner wasn't working to full capacity because there was a leak in the freon line and they didn't catch it. When they did they didn't charge me for fixing it. They have been good people.

+ -1 moreI have a service contract with Service II, Inc. I called them on a Friday night, they were here by 11:00 a.m. the following day. They had already completed the spring check-up 3 weeks ago and didn't find a problem. This time they did. It was low on freon. Since they didn't check it 3 weeks ago - they didn't charge me. My AC unit is over 15 years old but they didn't try to persuade me to buy a new unit. Although I know it's inevitable. I have used Service II for my home heating and cooling issues and they are true professionals. They never leave a mess, explain what the problem is and what the cost will be before any work is done. I am very satisfied and will continue to use them for heating and cooling.
Description of Work: My AC stopped working. It iced up. They found the problem quickly and fixed it.

+ -1 moreThey have sometimes, run late during the scheduled appointment window, pushing back the whole visit. I pay them on a yearly bases and am called each year to ask if I want to continue to use them for maintenance. I have used them for 4 and 1/2 years now.
Description of Work: In April, they cleaned and serviced my two A/C units within my two story home. They clean it completely out every six months. It usually takes about an hour to do.
