Joe showed up right on time and was extremely nice. He even came right back when I had a concern about our air conditioner due to an inspection report on our home. I was impressed from the very first phone call I made to Stephanie at S&S to the work being completed by Joe. ATCO tech Chris, arrived as scheduled to do a routine check and tune up of my AC unit this AM. He cleaned condensor coil out and vacuumed leaves and debris from the bottom of the unit. He did a great job! Looks like new! I have been a client of Steve's at Atco since 2002. The company installed radiant floor heating when I first purchased my home in 2002 and 3 years ago installed a new AC system. I have relied on them for troubleshooting help and routine yearly maintenance checks of both systems for the past 17 years. Staff and techs have always been easy to deal with, respectful, friendly. professional and knowledgeable.

Last month I woke up to find the heat had gone out overnight. It was 54 degrees in my house. S&S Mechanical were responsive and able to schedule an emergency appointment to come fix my heat right away. The technicians were professional and explained what had gone wrong in easy to understand terms. I would definitely call them again if I have issues in the future.

S & S Mechanical was a pleasure to work with. They were courteous, punctual, polite, clean. They took the time to explain everything they were doing. They had tarps to keep the area clean. They were respectful of me and my home. Their office girls were polite and scheduled the install around my schedule. I cannot say enough nice things about this company! I recommend them highly!!

The installer walked me through each step of removed and installation of the unit. He was willing to the extra steps to come back if any problems existed grateful for an understanding person to install.

I spent $153 in January and I'll probably spend about $500 this time. They are very good. They are punctual and do quality workmanship. Everything has been very good. They showed up and their punctuality was perfect. I didn't shop price. I will use them again for sure.
