prompt reply prompt service The new water heater was brought to my home and installed ; the old one was removed, and taken away -all in the same service call.

The gentleman from our a mechanical were very courteous and answered all my questions. They took care while removing the old tank and installing the new and my home was left in good order. So far the water heater seems to be working very well .

Called me immediately and quickly assessed problem with my water heater. Service person came first thing next morning and was friendly, professional, explained the work and even took care of a different problem he noticed without additional charge.

Friendly and courteous. I had a water heater installed and they did a great job! They cleaned up everything and took my old water heater to the curb (I had purchased my own water heater, otherwise they would have taken the old one away). The cost was reasonable as well.

The work was done quickly and efficiently. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. I wasn't nickel and dimed. Rob and Jerry are professionals.

We were in a tight spot needing to have our water heater fixed or replaced. It required more than just a replacement as it was an older home and the current water heater was not venting properly. Rob at R.A. gave us a couple of options and we chose the long term fix. He responded immediately to our inquiry and fixed our situation in short order. The team was very professional and efficient. My daughter was thrilled with the results as she had been working with others trying to get the heater taken care of. I had a very difficult time trying to find someone to replace our hot water heater in our manufactured/mobile home, looked to Home Advisor for help, and found R.A. Mechanical. They were up to the challenge! I spoke with Rob on the phone and Jerry came to do the work. Both gentlemen are very professional, yet personable, and will do everything they can to do get the job done right. They both have fantastic customer service. Jerry did have to come back the next day to fix a manufacturer quality control issue causing a leak, and knew just what to do to. I would recommend them and would use them again in the future. They are a credit to the plumbing industry.

Hundreds cheaper for a hot water heater than the big companies, who advertise all over. Jerry did a great job and was very professional and when I talked to Rob on the phone, he asked a lot of questions, was very upfront about the job and pricing and talked like I was somebody he knew and wanted to do a good job for. Highly recommended.

Bob is professional and friendly. He asked for the specific info needed regarding the water heater I wanted to replace and within an hour gave me an estimate, answered questions regarding the installation and a timeframe in which the installation could be done. The technician was on time for the appointment, installed the water heater, explained the work performed, cleaned up / hauled away the old heater. I am very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend his services. Thanks to Bob and the technician.
