John the installer arrived on time, accessed the jobs R.A. Mechanical was hired to do and wrote out a fair estimate of the job. He performed the installation of a sump pump and hot water tank. I had a broken sump pump in the crawlspace with standing water. R.A. Mechanical come out after 5 pm on a Friday and had everything taken care of within an hour. Their staff were very considerate. Even though access to the space was inside the fully carpeted home, there was not a spot left on the carpet when they finished.

This company came a long way to our house to install a new water heater. The team was in and out in little over an hour. The did an outstanding job and the cleanup was great. I would highly recommend them. Thank you guys....

Rob and Jerry are the best! Rob was great on the phone and went that extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Jerry was a true artist. The water heater installation was flawless and quick which was important to me as I had to shut off the water to the building. My tenants were very pleased to see the water back on in about an hour. I highly recommend them.

I contacted Rob from R.A. Mechanical in order to get advice and quotes for a traditional tank water heater versus a tankless model. He spoke with me on the phone regarding my concerns with each system and gave me great advice. He was able to offer me a quote after asking a series of questions. He was kind and understanding when I told him I'd have to call him back as I would need to consult with my wife before committing to such a purchase. After calling back to schedule, Rob was able to give me the appointment he originally offered and told me to contact him with any remaining questions or concerns. I spoke with him on the phone again the next day as some more questions had come up regarding the tankless system that we had elected to install. He answered all of my questions completely and honestly and I never felt like I was a bother or a nuisance to himâ his customer service was exceptional from beginning to end. Rob arrived on time for the appointment and handed me a written estimate that was for the exact amount originally promised. After signing the estimate, Rob and his partner set to work. They communicated well throughout the process, letting me know when the water and the gas would be shut off. They kept noise and mess to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves at the conclusion of their work. Rob took the time to go over the features of the new tankless system with me and answered the remaining questions that I had. I had an issue with the payment going through and Rob was never impatient or pushy, he waited patiently with me while I spoke with my bank on the phone to clear up the payment issue. After getting estimates from several other plumbers in the areaâ none of which were close to Rob's great priceâ I'm thrilled to have gone with R.A. Mechanical for our project. The customer service, value for the money, and quality of work were top notch and Rob was as friendly and accommodating as could be. I would not hesitate to hire R.A. Mechanical again any time I have a plumbing project, no matter how large or complex. I absolutely feel we made the right choice by going with R.A. Mechanical and I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

There were a lot of issues with getting my new tankless water heater set up, but Robert was very helpful and continued to check in until all issues were resolved.
