This was a water heater replacement and kitchen faucet replacement

I live out in a rural community and I can never get people to come out here. I was shocked I got a call from a plumber over 50 miles away. I told him what I was looking for and needed, within a few hours he was here. A few hours later he was done and on his way. I can't even get people to show up at my house who are less than a mile from here. I would highly recommend this company. Very honest and they do what they say.

Prompt service. Came the next day. Service completed the same day. Price included remove old leaking tank. Replace with tankless unit. Professional contractors. Price of work was too high. But would hire them again.

Very prompt, courteous, and professional service. Recommended tankless water heater but we were concerned about capacity. They said it wouldn't be an issue with the unit they recommended and they were right. We ran our dishwasher and a hot load of laundry while two people took showers and there was no reduction in hot water flow or temperature. Very satisfied.

Rob is very patient and helpful in answering my concerns. The technician who came to do my water heater was very knowledgeable on what he was doing. Cleans after his work. Nice guy and works fast too.

From the moment I talked to this gentleman to the time the job was done, he was polite and very informative. I don't know much about plumbing but he was very knowledgeable and was very informed on the code and helped me deal with the plumbing inspector.
