Description of Work: We had contacted this gentlemen on Wednesday to help fix our shower. Initially, he responded quickly, gave a reasonable quote, and stated that he would contact us the next day (Thursday) for an appointment time. By Thursday night, we had never heard from him so we took it upon ourselves to contact him again. He said he would arrive between 7-8 am on Friday morning and would call with an exact time. We never heard back from him after that. So not only is our shower not fixed, but we were stood up two days in a row.

+ -1 moreJoe provided excellent service and went way beyond what was expected! Of course he replaced the pumps, but he also drained, cleaned, and sanitized our basement!! I was completely overwhelmed by the amount of work that needed to be done, beyond just getting the plumbing fixed. Well I didn't have to worry once Joe got involved. He worked tirelessly all weekend to make sure that we had every bit cleaned up. He is honest and just a really good guy. I would not hesitate to use his services again and will be recommending him to my family and friends!

+ 0 moreI was really pleased that he was able to come right over. I had been anticipating a long weekend with the bathroom out of commission. Dislodging the obstruction, whatever it was, took some effort but it eventually yielded. Joe was methodical, very neat and careful not to leave a mess behind, and even rinsed out the tub befoer he finished. He checked out the sewer flow from the house, and, finally, showed me how to replace a broken tub stopper. Overall a very good experience.
Description of Work: The drain in the bathroom sink and tub suddenly stopped draining. After unsuccessfully trying th eDIY approach I called Joe. He came right over and withing an hour had dislodged a very stubborn blockage.

+ 1 moreBegan with the washing machine dumping into the bathtub. So innocent! Escalated from there. Had to call Joe repeatedly to come back when we thought everything was fixed but it fell apart again. Toilet wouldn't flush, no washing machine stuff ike that. Eventually they had to dig out the front yard: the local pundits marked the wrong place for the pipe so they dug a trench about 6 feet deep but it was in the wrong place because they dug where the Village told them to.Joe and his crew were here day after day trying to put things right, and they did. They never seemed annoyed or upset with the job, they just did what they had to do. Very professional, but nice,
Description of Work: Atttempted to clear line inside house, which did not work. Enentually had to dig up line in front of house and replace it.

+ 2 moreIt was a long and arduous project full of serious frustration for all involved. The Village of Park Forest mis-marked where they thought the sewer line was so a lot of time was lost looking for a line that did not exist. They re-measured according to their own experience and moved the Backhoe over several feet and found the line. Every time we thought the problem was solved and they left, we would discover that in fact it was not working. Three days Plumber Joe and his company spent here, uncomplaining and working extremely hard to solve the problem. Finally, on the third day with the help of a camera they found the difficulty and were able to break the clog apart and restore service. His response was immediate, professional and friendly.
Description of Work: Hired originally by insurance company to repair plumbing damaged in flood from rain. After we moved back in discovered washing machine water dumped into bath tub and toilet. Plumber Joe was called since he had worked here previously, even tho this problem was unrelated to his function with the insurance company. He and his crew spent 3 days trying to correct the problem, including digging out the sewer pipe and replacing it. When that did not work they returned and spent the day rodding, looking through the camera, flushing, rodding flushing-- until they had things running correctly again. During this time they worked in rain, cleaned up after themselves and despite getting a late start due to the late arrival of equipment, worked until well after dark. At no time did he complain, or suggest the problem was our fault. The price was high but fair considering the amount of work that was done.

+ -1 moreHe did a good job. He was nice. All of them came and did the job and they were very pleasant. He was very thorough. He was friendly. He cleaned up his mess, and took the mess with him. He was good. There was a discount but still the price was high. It was still like $180 and he was here literally may be for fifteen minutes. I thought it was high. Everything was good but he was pricey. He worked hard to get to us. It was easy to get him. He came out the same day. I called him in the morning and then he came out. I probably wouldn’t use his services again in the future.
Description of Work: We used Plumber Joe Inc. We last used his service about a month and a half ago. Our sink was clogged, so he came in and did the sink right away.
