Perfect! Was on time everything was done right trust worthy fair price for quality work

Very professional and conscientious. Had booties for his feet. Had drop cloth for floor when cutting drywall. Used my garbage bag to clean out a bag full of lint out of ceiling. Was very thorough, and very good at showing me everything along the way as he went through the whole process. Very knowledgeable, pleasant, personable guy. So he diagnosed the problem, fixed it , then cleaned it, and put it all back together again. Even moved couch to do work, and moved couch back when done.

I don't remember the exact date - it was in 2013. Don't remember cost either.

Showed up on time as scheduled. Explained the procedure. Did his job quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up completely.

Joe arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. He did a very thorough job cleaning the dryer vent and the lint collector. He gave me some pointers and was very courteous and professional. We will definitely call him again for our next cleaning!

It was tops. We had Joe, the Dryer Vent Wizard of Will County, here 2 years ago for the first time to check & clean the home dryer vent. The vent is LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOG. From the first floor laundry room down to the basement, across the basement ceiling to the north wall where it exits to the outside, it's twenty feet with three turns. It had never been cleaned since moving in 5 years ago to a new construction home. On that first visit, I thought this was the longest line he'd have ever serviced as I always thought it was a builder's nightmare of a plan. But, he said he'd seen worse designs and assured me his equipment could handle it. After removing 5 years worth of lint and checking the 'health' of the line, he noted that the exhaust pipe from the dryer to the wall in the laundry room wasn't the safest kind or with the sturdiest connection. He offered to upgrade that and gave an estimate. We went with it. He said an inspection and cleaning every two years should be our schedule from now on, whether with him or someone else. Two years later, we knew it was again time. And, what a coincidence, the dryer stopped heating the days before his visit. As before he was prompt, polite, professional. I told him about the dryer problem. He Inspected the line. Gave the estimate. We accepted it. He cleaned the line. Checked the condition of the exhaust vent and connections he'd installed 2 years ago. Noted what he observed about the dryer operation: the burner was not lighting consistently. I asked if he had any repair recommendations and he left two local recommendations. His price of about $120 was right on the estimate. It's great to have such a reliable, effective service person for this work. The bonus is Wizard Joe is a good guy -is a small business owner/operator from my immediate area who's involved in community projects, pays taxes for the same schools I do, and knows the area and its business members. A keeper.

It went very well. I went from 3 hours drying time for a load of towels, to 65 minutes on the sanitizing cycle! When I look at the vent cover outside, it is clear that the hot air is moving outside, instead of blocked or under my house.

They did a good job. They were on time. They knew what they were doing. They came and fixed the problem. I do not have anything to compare their price to but it was reasonable as far as I was concerned. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Great experience- Joe was knowledgeable, punctual and thorough. We had to replace our entire dryer vent piping system and he did it very professionally, making sure all the loose ends were tied up. I would highly recommend him!

They did a good job and we have recommended them since that time to several of our neighbors. They were very professional and explained completely what they were doing and why. The amount of dryer time dropped 80%. When they showed us what they took out it filled a garbage bag.
