Description of Work: They cleaned out a dryer vent that was really clogged. The amount of lint would fill a garbage bag. I paid another company just 2 weeks early to clean the vent, who couldn't get the job done. I would recommend Dryer Vent Wizard to anybody who needs their vents cleaned.

Description of Work: I am really pleased with the job done by Joe, of Dryer Vent Wizard of Will County. He was prompt and explained what the job would entail. A thorough cleaning was done of my dryer vent, and my dryer is now working again. He did a good job of cleaning up, and was careful not to track any dirt into the house. I'll use them again!

+ -1 moreJoe vaccumed out every vent from the out side. It was 2 day job. He also did an internal inspection of the vents in the building's attic. He fould that the vents were not connected properly (from when we had the roof repaired for tornado damage) and the dryers were blowing into the attic. He corrected this issue. He also replaced the screening on the out side of the vents with cages. The screens were actually preventing the lint from going out and were clogged. Joe was very nice and helpful.
Description of Work: The service was for a 12 unit condo building. Each unit has its own washer/dryer unit. We'd had someone out a couple of years ago but they did a terrible job.
