We were very happy with the vent cleaning. My daughter used them and she was very pleased as well. They were a little pricey but they did a very thorough job. The technician even explained to me the job and how he was going to handle it. I also got a discount they were running. The installation of the unit went very well too. They did a great job of cleaning up after all the work was done. Overall, I was very satisfied with their service.

The coupon was $39 or $49 on Angie's List and that covered the service call and the freon I think. I just remember him being on the phone and calling them to make sure that they knew that I was a Nicor Services customer and that I shouldn't be charged for the other stuff that he had replaced in the unit and getting that approved before he left. He said that he didn't want to leave and have me call and negotiate that with them, so even though the people who were responsible for that weren't there he called and reached someone and was able to tell them what he was going to do. He put it in writing and they honored it. The price was right because the coupon was a good price and then the other stuff was covered by my services.

I had them replace my furnace before so I knew that I liked their work. Overall, my experience was very good. They were very responsive to my questions. They were very professional. It took them a few days to get it all in because it was raining. Everything was cleaned up and the unit was nicely done.
