I wanted to share my experience of the level of service I received from Chicago Crawlspace & Basement Pros I had about 1-2 inches of standing water in my basement after frivolous attempts at vacuuming the mess up frustrated I called company "P" to come out to fix my foundation crack to find out they wanted close to $600 for the job and wouldn't be able to come out for six weeks!!! then I called Chicago Crawlspace & Basement Pros and Andy was able to fix my leaking foundation crack the SAME DAY!!!! and Saved me Hundreds of dollars all while being Professional and explaining every step of the process putting me at ease I can't thank Andy enough and Chicago Crawlspace & Basement Pros you guys really make everyone else look like amateurs Thank You Again Thomas Chun

We chose Chicago Crawlspace because Andy was punctual, professional, well versed and provided us with a detailed quote of the services being provided. We apppreciated that the pricing given to us was broken down and each specific task was assigned a cost - as opposed to a company just giving a lump sum quote. We even knew the brand and cost of the sump pump being installed. The crew was on time and finished on schedule. All existing debris in the crawlspace was bagged and removed from the crawlspace by the crew before they began laying the liner. One challenge we had involved our water softening system which is located in our crawlspace. Andy was very willing to work with us and did not require us to have the equipment removed before doing the work. He provided a plumber to disconnect and then reconnect the system. The softener and the salt holding tank are located beneath the opening to the crawlspace to allow for easy access. Pouring the concrete floor would result in losing a few inches of height clearance and make refilling the salt tank very inconvenient if we moved it farther away from the opening. We discussed it with Andy and he said that he would have his men dig down a few inches - at no additional charge - under the tank so that we would still be able to refill the tank fairly easily and keep it near the opening. Overall we are very saisfied with Chicago Crawlspace and the job they did. We would definitely use them again and have no problem recommending them to others.

Andy and his guys did a great job. Andy came out, explained how the job would go and explained the difference between open and closed cel spray foam, and what the water issues could be. We ran into a few unexpected issues on the job, that required additional materials but Andy honored our estimate to the penny. I used to have a disgusting crawlspace now I have a ton of clean and warm storage.

He did a good job. He gave a comprehensive estimate for my crawlspace then came out and did a good job with it. Definitely listen to their proposal to be sure you are satisfied with the type of work that they specify and know that you are going to get a good output from them. The quality of their work was very good and they did good follow up.

I was afraid my tenants might need to move out; I didn?t realize the problem was in the crawl. The crawlspace filled with water almost, which was evaporating into the house causing sweating walls. There was also plumbing issue, which this water had caused some mold. They assured me that the problem wasn't nearly as bad as I had anticipated. They corrected the situation at a very affordable price. This is my second time using him. They found something else that was wrong but didnt' charge any extra. Pricing includes removing water, cleaning crawl, vapor barrier, and cementing it in. They also applied spray foam. They clean up very well after the job; I can't even tell they have been here.

After meeting Mr. Gavin from Chicago Crawlspace Pros we were extremely impressed with the knowledge that Mr. Gavin had in regards to waterproofing systems, specifically interior drain tile systems. He was able to answer every question we posed in a very easy to understand and thorough matter. Mr. Gavin spent a fair amount of time with us in order to make sure he answered all of our questions and was always prompt in returning phone calls. We liked how Mr. Gavin told us what products he used and the reasons he used them. He also offered excellent warranties. From start to finish the project took about 1 ? days and Mr. Gavin and his employees were always punctual and detailed in explaining what they were going to be working on and answering any questions we had throughout the job. Mr. Gavin and his employees were always very friendly and courteous. The work that they did was very accurate and they took care to do everything the right way even if it meant more time would be involved. We were especially impressed with their attentiveness in keeping the house as clean as possible as they had to pass through our brand new kitchen in order to haul the old concrete out of the house and bring into the house all the necessary job materials.
