Bill & Dave responded immediately. They were professional, friendly and very helpful. They listened to what was happening and diagnosed the issue right away. The issues was with the septic tank, they double checked it to make sure. Needed to get it pumped out. They explained possible causes and what I should do after getting tank pumped out. Also they unplugged the basement ejector pump to make sure there were no more backups until tank was emptied.. They were here about a half hour and didn't charge.
