We had originally schedule the roof to be done at the beginning of April but had to wait until the rain stopped. The crew arrived as promised at 7am and worked all day. They answered all my questions, showed me photos of the roof as they worked and the finished job. They did an excellent clean up afterwards.

All done in one day, including clean up! You can come home and the only way you know that they were there was that the house looked great with a new roof. No problems, no issues. Crew very polite and professional. Even pointed a gutter issue over the garage and rehung it without a problem. As with ANY contractor, best to meet with the crew at the start of the job to review what the work entails. Again, no issues, great work. Both of my sons had their roofs redone without problems and in one day!!!! My sons recommended them to me and I am happy with the entire process and the job.

The experience was very good. They were quick to respond and their pricing was better than everybody else. All their vehicles were marked. The employees were courteous. Overall it was a good experience. They gave us a 4 hour window from 8-12 and they showed up at 9:45 so they were inside that window. I would use them again 110%.

Apek completed our entire roof in two days (their estimated time frame) - in 90 degree heat. The crew was extremely careful in using tarps to cover flowers and bushes next to the house where they might be damaged when the old roof was removed. We are avid gardeners and have a lot of plants. The crew was very courteous and seemed to care about the quality of work. My wife and I are retired, so we were home during the work. I bought a couple of cases of bottled water and iced them down for the crew because it was so hot, and they were thankful. I have waited about six months to leave a review because I wanted to wait through the summer and winter to make sure there were no issues with the new roof. Everything is fine, and we are very glad we went with Apek for both price and quality of work.

We contacted several companies to come out and provide us with estimates. We had companies come out and said that they would get back to us and they never did. We had some contractors only provide a verbal price, and some contractors provide a price on a sheet of paper without giving detailed information as to what was going to be done. Apek on the other hand was very detailed with information on what was going to be done, and the price. After reviewing the contract that we received, we felt most confident with APEK, starting with the customer service that we received when we contacted the office, to the salesman that was there to provide the estimate to the workers that came out and performed the work on the home. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the products, he was able to provide us with answers to all of the questions that we had immediately. The office staff kept inconstant contact with us during the entire process. Clean up was impeccable. We would defiantly recommend the company to anyone.

It was fine and they did their job. The pricing was good.

After purchasing our townhome in January '12 we noticed that there was a lot of bubbling throughout our siding. Come the summer we started calling companies to come out and give us estimates on what steps we should take to resolve this issue and what the cost would be on these options. APEK was actually the last company we had called. After meeting with Apek we joked on how we wish we would have called them from the begining. Would have saved us a lot of time and frustration with the other companies. Our salesman was extremely professional and helpful. He gave us a couple options and told us the route he would go. We were given a detailed proposal right on the spot. He went over everything that proposal entailed and told us the next steps we would take in order to get the ball moving. The office staff was great at keeping us up to date on when our work was scheduled since the weather had not been cooperating. The gentlemen that came out to repair our home were very courteous. We payed them right then and there after seeing the incredible job they had done on our home. Knowing this company is around makes it less of a headache when we need more work done to our home. Of course we don't want to have anything else happen but when it does I can't wait to deal with them and have it taken care of for a great price and in a timely manner!! I have recommended this company to all my family and friends since then and a few have actually needed to use them and received the same courtesy we were given. In fact, when the time comes I am hoping that they will be able to do the roofs for our townhome association! Since the roofing company that the association utilizes already is nowhere near professional nor do they call us back.

For whatever reason, the previous owners of the house we just purchased opted to not have gutters. Their approach resulted in predictable problems: water in the basement, rotten wood along the roofline, and lots of algae/lichen/moss growth on the siding. Apek sent a representative out to take measurements and write up a proposal. They proposed wrapping all the exposed wood in Alside aluminum fascia and adding gutters with a perforated guard to keep out leaves. Because my roofline has multiple gables and dormers, the original estimate for material was much lower than what was actually required - this notwithstanding, the final price was only about $750 more than the estimate. Given the amount of extra material the crew required (60 feet of gutter and 170 linear feet of fascia), this extra expense seemed very reasonable. Apek sent out a 3 man crew who worked for 3 very long days to complete the job. All the fascia was custom fit on site and looks absolutely fantastic. They attached gutters to each dormer, spared no detail, and ultimately wound up installing 11 oversized downspouts. I have not had a drop of water in the basement since they completed their work. Additionally, a popped nail in the roof was causing shingles to buckle and water to leak in the master bedroom - the same crew who did the fascia and gutters was also able to repair the roof, eliminating the leak entirely. They also replaced all of the rotten wood along the edge of the roof and cleaned up after themselves. During the course of the installation, it was discovered that several hundred yellow jackets had made a home for themselves within the old, rotten wood above my porch. Apek's crew, as an added bonus, eliminated the hive. I could not be happier with Apek's work - the house looks great, the basement is dry, and I am no longer accidentally raising thousands of stinging, flying creatures.

The representative was very personable and thorough in his explanation of the work that would be done. We agreed on a price , and the work was done in two days with minimal damage or mess to my property. The finished product looks great, and I am very satisfied.

Overall, a good job was done. However, the day the men came to install the new insulation, it started to rain. So they had to put the blower (insulation was blown in) in our garage. Afterwards, there was a thick layer of dust over everything in the garage. This wouldn't normally be a real big deal but we had just moved in that day and had quite a bit of our things still in the garage. It would have been nice had they either covered up our things with tarps or even mention that we may want to move anything valuable out of the garage. Not happy with the mess that was left.

The crew arrived on time were very professional . compleated the work in three days and cleaned up after thejob was finished.
