Fraase Excavating and Bulldozing

After the initial consultation, we were told he would get back to us in a couple of weeks. We waited and heard nothing. I called several times and left messages. When I did get through I was assured that he would get back to us, that certain people he needed to get information from were out of town etc. He said he definitely was interested in doing the work. Each time I spoke with Mr. Fraase he was very friendly and assured me he would get back to me. We liked his ideas and the work we have seen done in the area so we kept waiting. We kept being put off. At one point I left a message that it was fine if he had decided he would rather not do our work but could he please give us a call and let us know that. He was always very friendly when I spoke with him but just kept giving us a later date that he would get back to us. We kept waiting. Finally we found an alternative company and were very pleased with the work. I am sure Mr. Fraase does great work but needs to be a little more honest with people. If he didn't want to do our work or didn't have time I wish he would have just told us.
