Never ended up getting service. Was told they’d be here between 12-2pm was messaged at 1:36pm saying the technician was caught up at another job that would take him another hour, that he’d be out at our place at 3pm. At 3:24pm still had no tech show up and never received anymore of an update. I messaged them saying that he was still not there that this was very unprofessional. I then received a phone call from the company and instead of being apologetic and explaining the situation he said they would not be coming out anymore after telling them that they were unprofessional after never showing up at the times they had given us. The lack of communication was horrible! So unless you have all day to stick around the house and just be there whenever they decide to show up I would NOT recommend this company

They do a good job and I have used them every time I have a problem. I was not charged for it. The last time I called it was not working and I was told to hit the side of the unit as the relay switch might me a problem. It worked then, but later had the same problem, I then called them and they came out. They looked at the unit and worked on the relay switch. I asked them if I have to replace it and they advised it was not required and asked to call them again if required. I have dealt with them about 3 or 4 times and they have given me a fair price. They were honest and fixed what had to be fixed. They never did anything which they shouldn’t. They were excellent with price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism. I always call them whenever I have a problem and will continue to use them in the future.
