We called Mike approximately 4-5 weeks ago and it took him over a week to call us back. He came by and gave us an estimate, stating that it was very important for him to do a good job, and also to clean up the mess. We asked if he could get the work done by Aug. 24, and he said he would try. I called him again on Aug. 20, to see if they were going to get to the trimming this week. He stated that they would be here in the morning. At about 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 21, Mike and his crew showed up, set up their equipment, and began trimming. One of the crew was on the roof (smoking a cigarette), another was on the ground, and the owner, Mike climbed up in the tree and began trimming dead limbs out of the tree. We were out in the yard, just watching the work and video taping the work (we always do this to keep for our records), when the worker on the roof began trimming a very large limb that was directly over the power line that brings electricity into our house. My husband asked if there was concern about the limb falling on the power line, and the owner began cussing at him, and climbing down the tree. When he got out of the tree he said they were done, unless we had a check for him, and began packing up his equipment. He and his crew then left, leaving a huge mess in our back yard, on the deck, and roof. We tried to call him 3 times in order to remedy the situation and get him to finish the job and he would not return our calls. We are now having to hire another company to come in and clean up the limbs and debris left in the yard.

He and his workers showed up about 10:00 am, and he and his workers began the tree trimming. While one of his workers was walking around on the roof smoking, he was trimming random limbs, dropping them directly on the roof, gutters, and deck. When this same worker began to trim a large limb that was directly above a power line, we questioned whether it would damage the line, or cause an outage. The owner himself began cussing us out, while climbing down the tree, then said they were not going to finish the job. He and his workers then packed up equipment, and left, leaving a huge mess in our back yard. We called him several times to try and remedy the situation, he refused to answer or call us back.
