Description of Work: I inquired about a spring clean-up. They said they were too busy to even consider doing any work for me. They had enough spring clean-up jobs. I'll never call them again.

Description of Work: I contacted the owner and within 5 days he visited our home and then provided an estimate that included proposed plantings. The actual work included removal of weeds and old bushes, planting new plants and bushes, relocating existing plants and adding mulch. I thoroughly enjoyed working with this business. The landscaping workers were very polite and every day they were here they cleaned up before they left. I will use them for future jobs and would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Tom and his staff were timely, thorough and price-competitive. Just a pleasure to work with, especially considering other lawn and landscspe firms we've used.

Description of Work: Installed Unilock retaining wall, removed a shrub, performed a spring clean-up of all beds, edged beds, installed mulch and top soil. Tom was easy to work with and graciously accommodated a few last-minute requests. My yard looks great!

Description of Work: Update: Tom of Willow Glen got back to me and submitted the winning bid for my landscaping work. They did an excellent job and had great follow up and customer service. I would recommend them and use them again. Prior Comment: I was referred to them by Angies List for design work. Spoke to them in May 2014. They agreed to come out look at our property and give some recommendations based on our discussion and their observations. Was told they would call me back later that week or the next. They never called back. I followed up and left a messeage and still no response. Other contractors I contacted at least had the courtesy to say they weren't interested or were too busy.

Description of Work: We have used Willow Glen in the past for various lawn work, so I knew they would be able to help with fixing a bunch of areas where seed and mulch didn't work. We contracted with Willow Glen to put down sod in the areas that needed improvement.

Description of Work: Willow Glen weeded, mulched, and edged all my plant beds, trimmed my shrubs, and now maintains my lawn fertilization program. They are simply fantastic. I am a very picky customer and difficult to please, but I cannot imagine a better experience with any lawn and landscape service company.

Description of Work: I hired Willow Glen to mow my lawn while on vacation. Normally they only contract for a full summer of mowing but since two of their regular customers are in my same block, they were willing to accommodate me for the two weeks I was on vacation. I have used their services for about 3 years this way and they have done an excellent job at a very reasonable price. They do all phases of landscaping work as I hired them 3 years ago to spread mulch in our garden beds. They were excellent in performing this service as well. I definitely recommend them for this work.
