Description of Work: They did an excellent job of doing exactly what we asked them to cut down and even a little more as we asked with no additional charges. They were courteous and cleanup the area even our gutters that had some saw dust in it from the trees! The were the cheapest and most professional we dealt with. Would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: i haave used them once before. they came on time were very professional. the work was completed quickly and when they left everything was perfectly cleaned up. |they trimmed one tree, took down 2 trees and rooted both as well as rooting out a bush that i had taken down last year. and i was impressed that they went into my neighbors yard (with permission) and picked up branches from my tree which had fallen into his yard during a previous storm.

Description of Work: Have messaged twice since 8/27 asking to set up an estimate, but absolutely no response. Not sure what the problem is (perhaps they are so busy based on the great grades they get on Angie's List for past performance that they don't need any new work!). If they don't have time to do estimates right now, then at least respond to say that. It only takes a minute. Sounds on paper to be a good company to work with. We'll never know, in our case.

Description of Work: Tree Concepts has done tree trimming for our residence 3 times as of this review. I have been more than pleased with the level of service and professionalism Steve and his team provides. Needless to say they will always be my first choice when it comes to the care of our trees!

Description of Work: Actually, this is not for a specific date of service but a review of Tree Concepts and Steve Potter in general. We began using theirs service when we moved to a new home in 2004 near Mr. Potter business/residence. We have used him to take out a large honey locust, trim trees up annually as needed, and to diagnose problems with trees and make recommendations. He has been excellent and very responsive. Provides timely and fair estimates and prompt service. Definitely loyal customers.

Description of Work: We had a very large tree removed because it had emerald ash borer. We also had a smaller diseased tree removed and had two other trees trimmed and cleaned out. Steve and his crew were very professional and cleaned up after they got done and put everything back in place that they had to move. I have used Tree Concepts before and have liked the work they have done.
