Steve is extremely professional and reliable. He worked with me to set a convenient date for the service and was accommodating in helping adjust the schedule because of a personal situation that sprung up for me. His crew members were very courteous and well trained. The job was completed on time and the quality was unsurpassed. Steve is definitely on our supplier list and I highly recommend him.

They are punctual and the quality of work is good. They work quickly and they don't drag things out. The guy is an arborist and he knows what he is doing. He's always present when the work is being done.

I received quotes from three tree removal services and Tree Concepts was the most competitive. Steve provided plenty of lead time as to when they planned to do the work, and his crew showed up on time. Their time estimate for removal of the tree and stump was spot on, and the clean up was excellent. They even had to remove part of my fence, which was put back in place after they were done. I really can't overstate how positive the overall experience was with Tree Concepts.

Showed up at 730 am. Team of 3 in our yard and 2 more in neighbors. Clean and quiet - did a huge amount of trimming of dead limbs in our trees (first time possibly ever) and trees look much better. Cleaned up very well and chipped all the wood and even cleaned the street. Done by about noon.

He was very prompt, had a great price. Their clean up and take down was awesome. You never would have known we had trees out in the back of our lot.

After seeing Steve's company on here, I called and he provided an estimate within 24 hours. I have to admit that I didn't solicit other quotes, but after seeing how much effort Steve and his crew put in to remove the dead branches and prune/trim back the overall tree (which had large branches that dangled above our detached garage), I felt it was WELL WORTH the price for a job that was quite specialized. They had lots of equipment and there were literally guys up in the branches everywhere. I wasn't very familiar with this type of service or caring for really old trees for that matter, but thought that Steve, in advising me, was very pragmatic in balancing the well-being of the tree against my concerns about risk as a homeowner. He and his crew examined the health of the branches (removing weight from those that might have been getting too heavy) and only pruned what was necessary to balance aesthetics and safety (of passersby and the rooftop of my garage). I was impressed with the professionalism and promptness of Steve's services and wouldn't hesitate to use Tree Concepts again.

Their price is good. They follow through. They do a good job. I would use them in the future.
