+ -1 moreAfter we got the estimate, we did not get back to Timberwolf right away (weeks later) - because we were getting additional estimates. When we did choose Timberwolf, and called them, they never got back to us. We called many times. It was probably busy season. Maybe they were busy, or had jobs with higher profit margins - I don't know. We thought they should at least call us back, maybe say they were busy until fall, or something. I have heard they have done good work for other people.
Description of Work: Timberwolf came to the house and gave us the estimate.

+ -1 moreWe have used Timber Wolf Landscaping and Snow removal for the past few snow seasons and they have done an excellent job! They arrive early before tenants and customers/clients/patients that enter our building for professional services, so they can get the snow cleared without interference to anyone else. They do a good job of adjusting their salt application based on the type of weather conditions that are present (e.g. icy/thick snow/light snow, etc). I would definitely recommend Timber Wolf Landscaping and Snow Removal for your commercial snow removal needs!
Description of Work: Snow removal for our commercial parking lot that is approximately 28,000 square feet in downtown Naperville. Clearing of snow on the sidewalks and proper salting to ensure safety of tenants and other people that enter our building for professional services.

+ -1 moreCraig and his crew are top notch. There is a reason they're not the cheapest - you get what you pay for. Everything is completely professional, tidy and quick. They use the highest quality mulch and sod (if you are willing to pay for it). They clean up everything around them and get in and out with no inconveniences.
Description of Work: We had some grass removed and replaced with sod to deal with erosion problems. Also had the yard properly mulched and cleaned up. We also had downspouts reworked to reduce erosion problems where the water comes out.

+ -1 moreThey were very prompted in getting the snow and the ice off my driveway. I did not have to call them at all in order to my driveway cleaned off before I went to work at 7;30 am. I had the cleanest and the best driveway on my block.

+ -1 moreThey are very professional and very good. They usually come a certain day of the week. Next year, I think I will have them to the whole backyard instead of just mowing. Also, since I am having a difficult time in using the snow blower, Timber Wolf Landscaping will be doing all the snow plowing this year - 2008. Also, they will provide you a written proposal in writing and you know what you will be paying. I do get a bill itemizing the services perform every month.
Description of Work: I hired them to do the mowing and sidewalk edging and the fall leaves cleanup ever since 2000. They are very good and they do clean everything up. Example would be to blow off the back deck, all sidewalks and the driveways of any grass clippings.
