Awesome experience from start to finish! Everyone was very professional. Jenny was very helpful scheduling the estimate and work to be done. She actually called me back to see if she could move it a day, so she could send out one of their more experienced installers. Very friendly and patient with all of my questions. More of the same when Joe came out to give me the estimate. He was very clear on what the job would entail and explaining the process. His bid was not only competitive, but almost half of what a less-professional smaller company provided. On the day of the job, Dylan called about a half hour prior to his arrival to tell me he was going to be ON TIME. Throughout the day he was certain to explain exactly what he was going to do, why he was going to do it that way, and wanted to be sure I understood. The work was amazing in both of our showers! Grout Medic removed and replaced the grout and sealing materials for our walk-in shower. Ron looked at the job and gave a cost estimate, making sure we both understood the extent of the job. Mike came out and did a remarkable job. The shower looks like new. And cleanup? There WAS no cleanup. Mike left the work area perfectly clean with no dust or debris. Very good company to deal with and would use them again if necessary.

We called the Grout Medic for loss of grout in our shower stall. It was a particularly difficult project because I asked the initial installer to make the grout lines thin, and they did it too thin. After 5-1/2 years, we suddenly lost the grout in over half of the grout lines. So, there was very little space to pack the grout. The workman did a great job getting the grout repaired, and the shower walks look like new.

Grout Medic is a company that communicates and performs professionally. Every step of our project was completed on time and at a fair price. Don't hesitate to contact them if you have grout repairs or replacement projects.

Grout Medic called me immediately to schedule a free consultation. Ron was on time for the consultation and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. While he was there, I asked him about another bathroom, whose tub was old and chipped, which I found out that Grout Medic could handle, too. The recaulking project was completed the next week. I'm thrilled--my shower looks brand new! The following week, Grout Medic's subcontractor reenameled my bathtub, and Ron finished the edge with a bead of caulk. It looks fabulous! I would recommend this business to anyone who wants to breathe new life into an old dingy bathroom.
