Stavaru Window Renovations

After an extensive search and quite a few unsuccessful calls to other companies, Chip agreed to come out and look at our problem. Since we were preparing to sell our home, time was of the essence. Chip was very accommodating and showed up promptly the night of the estimate. After looking at the problem, he explained the difficulty of doing what we asked. Although the repair cost was higher than I had hoped, it was certainly a lot cheaper than buying two new windows. On the day he arrived to perform the repairs (which he did in his mobile unit and in our garage) it was below freezing outside. After reviewing the project again, he went to work. The entire project from start to finish took between 5 and 6 hours, with a 30 minute lunch break. When he was done, a person looking at the window for the first time would never know there had been an issue. He did a very nice job matching the 20 year old stain of the window and sill. Chip was a very pleasant person to deal with during the project. We had no issues getting in touch with him when needed and he was very punctual in arriving for the estimate and the repair. We are very pleased with the overall process and, most importantly, the quality of the end product. Based on our experience, we would recommend this company to fellow Angie's List members.
