Simply Clean

The woman that comes is terrific! She catches things that we don't. I am so pleased with them. I have been through a number of cleaning services and could not be happier with them. I don't even have to check to make sure that she does what I ask.

The responsiveness and scheduling of the service was quick and easy. On the day of the service the cleaner arrived 30 minutes late. It was one person working by herself and she was defiantly working hard. Unfortunatley, she must have been under a time restraint and left right at the 4 hour mark. Had I known the service was timed there are definitely more cost effective options out there. About a third of the items listed on the deep clean service list were not done. I don't think it was a result of not being a good or efficient cleaner, it's simply almost impossible to perform all the tasks listed in 4 hours. At the rate we ended up paying ($55 hour) I can defiantly say that the whole house cleaning deal is NOT the way to go.

We were very pleased with the quality of the job that Simply Clean did on our new home. Throughout the whole process, they were very responsive and helpful even though it was a fairly unique situation as we were moving into the home in the afternoon and needed the house cleaned the morning of move-in. The contact person was very professional and responsive even when the cleaners had a problem opening the lock box to enter the house. The cleaners also completed the cleaning in less time than we thought but with no sacrifice to quality. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family for any of their future cleaning needs.

The job required the post remodeling cleaning of a vacant 2 BR, 1.5 bath condo prior to listing it for sale. The woman did a wonderful job. She was professional and extremely thorough.

Ovis and his team are amazing. We had trouble with our closing, so we had to reschedule a couple times. He stayed in contact and was able to get someone out to our house on short notice. We really wanted the cleaning to be performed prior to move-in and they did that for us. The person who came and cleaned was polite and so efficient. House was cleaned top to bottom. Everything in there looked brand new when they were done.

Phenomenal! Fantastic! The work far exceeded my already high expectations. Although I initially was cringing at the cost, it was well worth it! I am no longer embarrassed at the cleanliness of my home when people come in. The team was on time and began right away. They worked non-stop until the job was done. I am so pleased, I am going to hire them again. I have also referred them to a few different people already. The initial contact was very prompt. Ovis was prepared with a list of questions I needed to answer before the service could be booked. Every response was also prompt and he was very courteous even when the mistake was mine (I caused some confusion in the beginning with the initial communication). Thank you Simply Clean!

The two cleaning women did a very thorough job of cleaning. At the end, they asked for my feedback. I mentioned that I would like them to clean my windowsills, and they went back and made sure to do so. My one comment was that I noticed afterwards that they did not clean all of the baseboards, which I had thought was part of the included package. I should have specifically mentioned this at the beginning of the cleaning session, however. Overall, great job cleaning and I have signed up for regular cleanings every four weeks!

She was friendly, but smoke no English, and understood very little. While the job she did was sufficient (a bit wasteful putting paper towels underneath everything and did not clean everything as described in their website) he boss emailed me saying that since it was taking her a long time to clean our home, he needed to raise the rates. What he meant to say is that she is inefficient, and they don't keep their promises of what they will clean or how well they will clean it.

The girls were very good. My husband, who hates having cleaners, now wants them more often. He was very impressed with how hard they worked and how weel they cleaned. They were polite. They didn't speak much English, which is okay, but I would like to be sure they are paid a fair wage for their work. I purposely didn't hire Merry Maids or a service like that because I want to support fairer hiring practices. Does Angie screen for this?

What a fantastic experience. I purchased a coupon via Angies LIst for a Full House Deep Clean. Almost immediately I got a response from the company asking me detailed questions about my home so that they could schedule the correct crew. The scheduler was responsive, friendly and answered all of my questions. Just a few days later, exactly as scheduled, a cleaner showed up. She was punctual, friendly and an extremely hard worker. She worked non-stop for hours until every nook of the house was clean. I will most definitely use this company again.

I've had construction going on in my house and it was a dusty mess. The cleaner did an outstanding and very thorough job - she cleaned every inch of the house. Baseboards, floors, artwork, walls, doors - everything. I also have no idea how she got the hard water stains off of my stainless steal appliances - I've tried everything and couldn't get them off. I have hardwood floors and often cleaners leave them look dull - she had them shining like they were new. Amazing! Highly recommend!

The two ladies arrived and worked all day cleaning the house. They were methodical and did not overlook anything. When they encountered an issue they brought it to my attention and gave me options on how to clean the areas in the future. They were efficient and friendly. If you are moving into a house and need a deep cleaning, I would highly recommend this company.

Overall, Simply Clean did a great job with the whole house deep clean.

The home was vacant and mostly empty at the time of the work, so there was no furniture to clean, but the rep did a great job on the bathrooms, bedrooms, appliances, etc. She also cleaned blinds and ceiling fan blades. When we need that property cleaned again I won't hesitate reaching out to Simply Clean.

We bought the $220 voucher for a deep clean. It was not what we would call a deep clean. Items were not moved for dusting. Our windows were left with streaks. The baseboards were not cleaned. The corners of our floor were not cleaned well. My expensive blinds were left askew as if the person rushed through the cleaning. Our beds were not made. She didn't move anything to clean. She was hear about 3 hours for a 2000 square foot house. When we lived in the city it would take 4 hours to clean our small townhouse for less than half the price so I don't know how a deep clean could be accomplished in 3 hours. I expected the cleaning person to be here at least 5. I did bring it to their attention and they offered to send another person out to clean our home. After discussion with my husband we decided against it because we have guests arriving and figured we would just finish it ourselves. Luckily, this is my first disappointing experience with an Angie's List find. All of my other experiences have been positive.

I was very satisfied with the work performed at both locations. We had one or two small issues but not things that would prevent me from using the service again. The house we moved into has a lot of pretty high areas that needed to be dusted. In my initial email to the company I had explained this and indicated that I could provide a ladder. On the day of the cleaning, the women complained about having to reach the high areas and tried to have my teenage son dust the high areas. Though they weren't happy about it, they did use the provided ladder and dusted those areas. On the day of the move out clean, the woman was extremely thorough but the cleaning took a lot longer than I expected. I appreciate what a great job she did, but I wasn't really prepared for the job to take the entire day. This is really a complaint-- just something to note. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Every time we use Simply Clean the service is wonderful-each woman has been punctual, professional, and has done a sufficient job cleaning our home (we have two dogs that shed a ridiculous amount, so that's no easy feat!).

I purchased the cleaning deal through Angies List. I was contacted promptly and given a quick appointment. The lady came on time and did a great job! She was very nice and she did not mind when I asked her to do a couple of touch ups. I requested the kitchen cabinets to be cleaned and she did a great job cleaning and degreasing them, I was very impressed. They are a little expensive but they were very easy to deal with and high quality.

Daiva has cleaned my home 4 times and she has done a great job! She always shows up on time or early. She brings all of her own supplies which are all green products! My house looks and smells great after her cleanings! I have felt very comfortable having Simply Clean in my home and have left Daiva alone on 2 of the 4 cleanings! I feel confident that she will do a great job and that my house will be locked up when she leaves! Simply Clean also is very careful and protective of my 15 pound dog!

Making the appointment was not an issue, however, the day of the cleaning the person was supposed to be here at 12 p.m. At 12:45 we called the office to find out where they were and they said they would have to call us back to locate them. We were told she would be at our home at 1 or after. I took her on a tour and in the kitchen she told me they do not clean the tops of the of cabinets. The description said high dusting. After the tour she began as she completed areas I went in to look. Below are all the items I found. 1. In my daughters room there was dust in her storage cube as the plastic bins in it were not moved. 2. The ceiling fan in our master bedroom had dust and the sewing table right side was full of dust. 3. In our family room none of the items on our shelves were dusted thoroughly so I will have to go back and detail those and our piano was not dusted. 4. The kitchen was the last area done and she rushed through it. 5. The top of our Fridge was never wiped down. 6. The top of our microwave was also dirty and the counters had a weird grimy residue. 7. The service provider left 3 bags of garbage in our kitchen and did not mop the kitchen floor as promised by the description. When I called her attention to the sewing table she told me they do not move anything. The description said, "dust,clean, and/or polish all furniture and all decorative items, sweep, mop, and vacuum all floors. Our decorative items are dusty and I have to mop floors tomorrow. We were not told it would take over 5 hours due to it being one person. The price we paid was far too much for the services provided as now I have to go back and deep clean all the rooms. My husband purchased this as a present for me as we do not have the time to deep clean. Basic cleaning I can do the reason why this vendor was chosen was for the "deep" clean which wasn't really a "deep" clean at all. The service provider while nice seemed in a hurry especially when she got to the downstairs and leaving the trash behind was terrible. I worked for a maid service through college and we never left the trash behind especially in the middle of the kitchen. We did take photos of what was left behind as we couldn't believe it.

cleaning ladies were on time. They were not very thorough when it comes to cleaning. Several time I had show them missed spots and they were not carrying dusters with long extensions. I would say the service I received is not worth what I paid.

Lady who came was very nice. Aside from using our vacuum cleaner she brought all the cleaning products with her. She dusted, mopped and vacuumed the main rooms and bedrooms, cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms. Our house needed a thorough cleaning. I paid for the deep cleaning special, which includes details like baseboards and ceiling fans, etc. I had to ask for her to dust the fans and the top of the hutch and the floors needed a better mopping. In the end, I didn't feel like my home was "deep cleaned" but it was soooo much better than what it was that I would definitely do it again. I would recommend them for everyday cleaning.

I needed to get my rental cleaned after our tenant moved out and I needed to turn it around soon because we had another potential renter. After calling for estimates that were very expensive and then not being able to find anyone to clean it in the same week, I nervously booked the first place who could do it the next day at a reasonable price. They were VERY punctual, even a little early, which was good since I was meeting them and don't actually live in the place that was being cleaned. I asked for a call when she was done and they called me just as she was finishing. I wasn't able to make it while they were still there but I got there shortly after and when I opened the door, I was THRILLED with what they had done with the place. It was spotless. Our tenant had left it pretty dirty to put it mildly and I couldn't believe how clean they got it. I was so happy with their work that I will be hiring them to clean my house.

Provider followed up well, cleaner was on time and was pretty thorough. There are just some things I don't think any cleaning service will ever get, even if you ask up front, like baseboard moldings and sliding door tracks. A very decent job overall.
