Thank you for contacting us. We pride ourselves in using only non toxic "green" and biodegradable products to help you lead a healthier life style. Since all of our clients care most about quality of work, we formulated a pricing plan to charge not by the hour, but by the size of your home. For example, it will cost the same whether the job takes us 5 or 8 hours. We bring all of our cleaning supplies and equipment.

I do not understand why someone rate a business C and would not explain what happened, or was there anything that they did not like. I remember we cleaned that place in August, she called me after the cleaning and thanked me so much for wonderful job. She said that cleaning girl did a wonderful job. Now more then 2 months later for some reason we get C with no explanation. We have no problem someone rating us so low , but at least we should know what we did wrong so we could learn from it. We say to every customer , there is no perfect cleaning and if there is something that you did not like , or you feel that we did not complete the job just let us know and we will come back.

Description of Work: SimplyClean did a deep cleaning of my home prior to starting regular service. Egle arrived on time (an issue with my previous service) and worked all day to make sure my home was spotless. I am looking forward to my regular cleaning this week.

Description of Work: Scheduling was easy and the representative was very thorough. The cleaning crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time and started right in on the deep clean. They were swift and followed whatever instructions I gave. All in all I was very satisfied and I attribute that to good workers and good upfront communication.

Description of Work: The young woman from Simply Clean arrived promptly at 8 AM and cleaned non-stop until noon. The housekeeper cleaned every surface, cabinet and floor, as well as vacuumed all the carpets. She even swept the unfinished basement. Since we hired her for a move-out cleaning from a rental house, we needed the home spotless to get our security deposit returned. I would recommend Simply Clean.
