 + -1 moreThe deep cleaning was great. Simply Clean sent out a hardworking husband and wife who cleaned everything, including the dusty and dirty floor in the laundry room. They did a really nice job. Our house is difficult to clean (it's older, and we have lots of small rooms and lots of objects and knik-knacks) yet they did it well. It looked wonderful for Thanksgiving! My only disappointment is that they did not clean the slats on our blinds. However, we had Lina come out for our first regular (Type A) cleaning, and lo and behold, the blinds were cleaned, along with everything else. She did a very, very nice job. We look forward to her next cleaning after Christmas. Lina, as well as the couple who came for the deep cleaning, also had to put up with our dogs - who are harmless, but who bark and are very large. I know the barking is irritating, so I really appreciate that! I also must say nice things about Odeta, who I've dealt with, by phone and by e-mail, in the Simply Clean office. She did everything possible to schedule our deep cleaning on very short notice, and she has followed up each time to see if we've been satisfied with the cleaning. She gave us prompt estimates, and keeps us informed about who will be cleaning our house. Payment is easy as well.
Description of Work: We hired Simply Clean to do a deep cleaning (their "Type C" cleaning) just before Thanksgiving. I called just a few days before the holidays, and they were booked, but Odeta managed to fit me in. I was so grateful! They sent two people -- a husband a wife -- who spent more than six hours cleaning our very dusty house. I now have Simply Clean coming every two weeks for their "Type A" cleaning.

 + -1 moreWe hired Simply Clean 4 moths ago to do the deep cleaning , they send team of 2 and they did an excellent job.We paid $395 for the deep cleaning and it was worth it. We continue working with them every 2 weeks and it is $158 per visit. My family loves them , they are very professional and only use green products .
Description of Work: Simply Clean has been coming to my house for about 4 months and I have been more than pleased with the results. I am always worried about hiring someone that comes to my house unattended but that is not the case with Simply Clean staff they are kind, easy going, and always get the job done right.

 + -1 moreThis was the 1st. time I've had my home professional cleaned because I was against it, I was a "SuperMOM (worked 10 hours, cooked, cleaned, helped w/homework, played w/my dog, etc everyday for the last 22 years) but, after having Diana cleaned my home the way she did proved to me that it's ok to cut back on some of "My" chores, stop fussing @ the hubby & sons and take some of their allowance money and hire someone who really didn't mind helping out.. I've since hired Diana to come "Every" 2 weeks because I not only appreciate her assistance, I welcome it... Thanks Odeta for sending Diana to do a "Job Well Done"... Sincerely, Monica :-)

Description of Work: Today we had a pleasant experience with Simply Clean. I called yesterday after another cleaning service failed to show up. They were responsive and immediately located a team of two people to clean my house, one day later. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and my house is nice and clean. I received an estimate over the phone of $143 for two people. They were in my home for 3 hours. We have a three bedroom 21/2 bath home, 2400 square feet. They do bring their own cleaning supplies (all green) which is a plus.

 + -1 morecalled to get a quote, they gave me a very inflated cost, based on what i told them my house was like. i had cleaning service in the past that was MUCH lower. i'm willing to pay slightly more for "green products", but they were not even willing to actually come out for an estimate. to me, that makes no sense. needless to say, i did not use them.

Description of Work: We are putting our house on the market for sale. Our tenants moved out and, although they tried to clean the house to the best of their abilities, it still needed plenty of work. Simply Clean sent two people who worked very hard and did a great job. They arrived at 9:00 and left at about 3:00. All the floors, including the hardwood floors, were cleaned on "hands and knees."

 + -1 moreThe person who was doing the cleaning was fairly thorough. She was not as thorough as I liked, but she was very pleasant. She was very eager to help me. I did not have any complications with them. Their charges were a lot higher than it should have been. I am not using them on a weekly basis because their quote was much higher than the other people I talked to. The good thing about them was that the person they sent was easy to speak to. She was receptive to anything I wanted her to clean. She did a very thorough job. She did not break anything.

 + -1 moreThe owner was very responsive to all of my emails at first and the crew arrived on time and did a good job. As stated above - we are still using them, but now they are not as responsive to my emails - if I don't follow up with them, they usually don't respond - also, their website says that they accept credit cards, but they make me write a check each time they come - which is a pain. Overall I am happy with their service and wil continue to use them.
Description of Work: I am still using Simply Clean's service - overall, they do a good job - I have noticed a few nicks and bruises in my furniture, but I guess that would happen with any service. Just wish they were more careful.

Description of Work: We use Simply Clean for a while now , since we bought a house last winter . They were far away , in Naperville,IL , but the reason we chose them is that they only use green products and we made the right choice . We saw the difference write away . They are very professional , nice , polite , always on time , never cut corners . My son has allergies , and it helps allot for him , defiantly recommend to people like us . Description of Work: Called for a quote on Saturday morning. Tried to leave a message, but the machine cut me off. I called back. The company immediately returned my call. I spoke with Odeta, who owns the business with her husband, Paul. They don't visit the house to make an estimate but base it on square footage and several questions, including how many rooms, types of flooring surfaces, how many people live there, pets, and how clean you believe your house is on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the cleanest. Ex: a fresh hotel room would be a 1. For a house 2,600 sf, already rated a 7 or 8 in cleanliness and based on the questions, prices quoted were: Deep Cleaning: $279 for about 8-10 total man hours. This includes all interior rooms (minus the basement) interior windows, furniture dusting (vacuuming under cushions of upholstered furniture), exterior surfaces of cabinets, appliances, lighting, pictures, chandeliers, tiles and floors, mirrors, glass cabinet and shower doors. This includes moving small, light items to dust underneath as needed. They do not move large rugs or heavy furniture to vacuum or mop, but will move individual dining chairs. They do not shampoo or spot clean carpets or rugs. Bi-weekly general cleaning: $155 for about 4 to 5 man hours. They clean the whole house but will deep clean one room or set of rooms and then light clean the other rooms and rotate between those rooms each visit. Monthly cleaning: $200. Rotates focus on rooms the same way as the bi-weekly, but more deep cleaning on more rooms. They pay the employees taxes but do not take a cut of any tips. Employees are checked for references from earlier employers but no criminal background checks. They will use your cleaning products as requested, but they provide their own eco-friendly products, like vinegar, Simple Green and Seventh Generation (granite), Bona (for wood floors).

She used only green products and spent almost 8 hours at my house . Very good communication , understanding , punctuality...  + -1 moreI'm very happy with the work that Odeta and her team performed. Our family consists of 2 children, 2 dogs and we run our own business. Housecleaning is way down on the list of priorities. Baseboards, walls, doorknobs all were stained from everyday grime. Floors were grimy. The stove was a mess. The cleaners did a fantastic job. I would rate our house as move in ready when they were done. The sinks and tubs shone fantastically. There was a small issue with one of the cleaners feeling ill and having to leave early. Odeta and Paul were extremely apologetic and Odeta and her team came back the next morning to finish up the job. They spent more time here cleaning than I'm sure they meant to, and they gave me the impression that great service is important to them. I have already scheduled my next cleaning session and feel confident that I picked the right cleaning company.
Description of Work: I hired Simply Clean to deep clean our house (which hasn't been done in years!). Our house is two stories, 3 beds, 2.5 baths. We opted to not have our basement cleaned.
