Dan is very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. We will definitely call on him for future projects.

Called on Friday & Dan came out the following Monday. Very professional. I plan to have him do additional work putting in lights & outlets in our basement.

Posed a problem to Dan. I needed grounded outlets in my home. Added the outlets without any problems. Professional, neat and no hassles.

Dan was very professional and called ahead to confirm arrival time. Work was accomplished in good time with no issues. Would recommend.

As a part of changing the color scheme in our kitchen we changed all of the outlets & switches to white. Unfortunately one switch was a 3-way connected to a dimmer that I could not get to work properly. In my attempt to correct it (which I didn't) I also accidentally overloaded another circuit. Dan from Select came out and corrected the situation in about 2.5 hours. He was very pleasant, and also sympathetic to my plight with the wiring.

Dan was very responsive and professional throughout. His final bill was right in line with the estimate. All the work was completed very well, and was done on time. Dan is a great guy as well, so my wife felt comfortable having him in the house doing the work while she was inside with the kids.

I can't remember the name of the electrician, but he did a great job. The main junction box was such a mess of wires that even he had a hard time sorting it all out. But he took the time to check each wire and then neatly replace them in the box. The lights no longer blink. He then checked the circuit box and found that one of the circuit breakers was very hot. He immediately replaced it and probably saved us a lot of money as he said that it could have damaged the furnace motor. He was polite and efficient and I was happy with the work.

Water had infiltrated my garage over several years and contacted the wiring in the ceiling. After the leak was fixed, I needed to verify that the garage circuits were safe. After checking the List, I called Select to handle this and some other repairs. The next day, Dan called and offered to come out late that afternoon. He could've easily claimed that the garage wiring was water damaged and needed replacement. I would not have known the difference. But he didn't. He inspected the wiring and found it ok and not needing repair. He also fixed a dead outlet and checked the garage circuit breaker. He recommended a wireless doorbell since fixing my old one would be costly. He also recommended new smoke detectors since mine were 19 years old. He returned the next day and installed the doorbell, smoke detectors, and a new bathroom fan motor. He was very polite, professional, and willing to answer questions and explain things. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Although I did not end up using this company for the work, I found them to be very professional and prompt in my phone dealings with them. My call was returned the same day by a very courteous gentleman. It ultimately came down to a scheduling issue. Had we been able to schedule the work a little sooner, I would have used them for the repair. I will keep this company in mind for future work though.

Dan, the owner, was prompt for the work appointment and worked in an efficient manner. He has 22 years of experience in this field and seemed very knowledgeable regarding each new problem presented to him. He is mannerly, clean and skilled. I believe his charges to be fair for the work he did. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Dan Mitchell, the electrician and owner came to the house twice. Both times Dan was late. On the first visit Dan opened the outlet and check the breaker panel. He advised that the outlet was not wired to code and the way the outlet was wired was a fire hazard. As it was 7pm and the project now was going to take a few hours, I scheduled another appointment a few days later so Dan could fix the outlet and run a dedicated 240 line. On the second visit Dan advised different options, run a new 240 outlet or buy a gas stove as there was a gas line already in place. I chose to exchange my new electric stove for a gas stove. Dan wired the current outlet to code and changed a few other switches and outlets. Dan did good work and was looking for the best solution which turned out to be less work and money for his business. I recommend Dan's work but you need to understand he will probably be late.

OVERALL I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK. I CALLED THEM ON SATURDAY AND THEY WERE ABLE TO FIT ME IN ON MONDAY.

HE WAS GREAT: PROMPT, EFFICIENT, CAREFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. HE EVEN ASKED FOR A BROOM AND CLEANED UP AFTERWARD.
