Very pleased with results. Staff at shop spent a great deal of time with us discussing options and comparing possible choices (carpet grade, style, color, use). This is the only company we talked to that could "match" the pattern in the stair turn. See examples in their website. Staff is very open about what will and will not work in your space. Installation was completed in a timely, professional manner. Extremely happy with results. Will return to this firm for future carpet.

They are excellent and I would rate them highly in every category. It is a minimum of $75 for them to come out. The technician came out on time, his equipment is very neat and he wears covers on his shoes. I caused some stains from the shoes I was wearing and he worked his tail off to get the stains out so he put in a lot of extra work. The water and suction is housed in the truck and they just have a long hose. The reason I went to them initially was because I was looking for a good carpet installer and I chose them. The guy is really helpful, they do an excellent job and that is the reason I keep going back to them.

They have always been excellent. They have a very good business, I have dealt with them for over 15-20 years and have always been satisfied.

Went to store and met with Rae, who gave me great advice for choosing color and style. I requested lower cost carpeting, and she steered me away from the more expensive choices to the very popular value priced items. Sent me home with several large samples to keep as long as I needed them to make a decision. Sent out Mr. Martin to do the measuring and cost estimate. They ordered the carpet and held it for me in their warehouse until my construction was completed. The 2 young installers came on the day I requested, worked quietly and quickly, moving furniture as needed. They took away the carpet rather than leaving it at the curb. The new carpet looks great, and appears to have been installed perfectly (It has only been in 2 weeks.) I have a lot of carpet installation choices in the Naperville area, but I chose Russell Martin because it is a family business, they have been here a long time, you receive very personal attention, and I was certain they would stand behind their work. It was my confidence in their reputation that made the decision to use them for whole house carpeting. They paid extra attention for my needs to 2 thresholds mounted securely into a cement slab base. I thought the whole experience with Russell Martin was great.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY WERE EXTREMELY NEAT, THEY DID A FABULOUS JOB. THEY WERE VERY PERSONABLE, ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL. IT WAS THE BEST CARPET INSTALLATION THAT I'VE EVER HAD.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR SEVERAL YEARS, TO PERFORM CARPET CLEANING, AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANING, IN MY HOME. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY, REVIEW WHAT IS TO BE DONE BEFOREHAND, AND WILL MOVE FURNITURE. I WAS GIVEN A TARGET TIME OF MID-MORNING, FOR THEIR ARRIVAL, BUT IT ENDED UP THEY UNDERESTIMATED THE TRAVEL TIME BETWEEN JOBS, AND ARRIVED AFTER LUNCHTIME.
