This is the BEST company to have service your garage doors. He is prompt, explains what needs to be done and the cost and timing to do the work! This is the second repair service I have used Rumi for (first was to replace my door spring) and I have been nothing but TOTALLY satisfied with his work and knowledge. We will definitely be contacting him again when we replace our garage doors. I called this morning and he was able to come today at my convenience which was so helpful! Great experience all around!

Went great! Reached out in the morning, and he was able to come over same day. Even was willing to come over later in the evening to accommodate my work schedule. Got the job done very quickly, and the garage door is much quieter than before. Highly recommend.

After reading some reviews, Rumi Garage Door stuck out. I generally read the negative reviews and see how the owner/s respond. There were mostly positive reviews for this company, but the way the owner responded to one unhappy customer was very professional. He offered to rectify the problem and also wrote that, "the customer is always right". Sometimes you see owners responding to a complaint in an angry, judgmental or rude way. I always avoid these companies! Anyway, I contacted a few other companies, but Rumi Garage Door answered right away and was available same day. I believe it was Mike who I spoke with, the owner. He was polite and accommodating. He asked when to come that day and we decided on a time between 5:30 and 6:30 pm. He arrived on time, explained and showed me the broken spring, gave me a price, took off Angie's List discount and asked if I wanted him to fix the spring right then. I said sure! He responded with an enthusiastic and friendly "thank you". It was fixed within 20 minutes and it works great. Our door runs nice and smoothly and is a lot quieter as well!

It went great. Cars are freed from the garage. Mike came out same day and right on time. Work was completed in less than 30 minutes with everything repaired and running smoother than before. I called Mike as my sister in law had a similar repair done by him a few weeks back and suggested I call Rumi. ( I also checked Angie's list for reviews of course). Highly recommended! Wish all repair work went as well.

The springs of my garage were broken on Sunday afternoon, and then I called Rumi Co. Mike scheduled appointment to come the next day. Mike was on time, friendly, and efficient. Last time when I called Rumi for another problem was on a very cold day in January, Mike came right away and fixed the problem. I Have had very good experiences with Rumi. Well done!

Left three messages in the last two days with no return call (during hours of operation posted). My car is trapped in the garage and no way to open so this was important that I talk to someone and get something scheduled and fixed as soon as possible. I had read all the positive reviews on Angie's list, as well as Yelp and chose to call this provider. Unfortunately, I did not receive any calls back so I am going with Sears who will get someone out mid-day today. I wanted to give my business to a local small business and the reason why I went this route, but seems that the big companies just have more resources to be responsive.

Mike was excellent. I could not be happier. It is obvious he is very knowledgeable as quickly as he worked. In about 1.5 hours he removed the old opener, installed a new one. Removed and replaced the old springs. Then adjusted the door tracks because it was not working as smoothly as he liked. Never again will I mess with replacing he garage door opener. I'll call Mike in a heartbeat.

I have used a service provider for garage door. It worked out fine. The guy came and did the job. It has been almost 2 months now. It was a company called Rumi. It went fine. He came and he did the job. I didn't have anything that I don't like. I called him and he was pretty much ready to come pretty much next morning, he came as expected and he did it as expected. It was all over and I have nothing to complain. The price was pretty compatible and comparable to others. He did it and it is working. He was an hour late. He was pretty professional.

My garage door was not opening and I realized that spring was broken. I called Rumi and he came within 30 mins. He changed spring and the part that was broken for pulling the door within 20-25 mins. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend him.

Service was provided excellent. Was on time and very fair price. Also did some extra maintenance without full charge. Very professional and courteous.

I called in the morning to schedule an estimate and he suggested we meet later that day. When he arrived, he immediately diagnosed the problem as a broken spring. 30 minutes later, he had it fixed and adjusted the opener so everything worked properly. He didn't try to sell me a service or parts I didn't need. An awesome experience all around.

.My garage door spring broke on Wednesday night. I callled Rumi Thursday morning and he promised to get to my house at noon. He showed up exactly on time and replaced both springs and since the door is 16 years old I had him replace all the rollers for the reasonable fee of $50. He tested the operation of the door opener and adjusted it's setting. It probably didn't take him more than 20 minutes to do everything. He is a nice guy to work with and I would be happy to use his services again. Unexpectedly, he also provided a 3 year warranty on his work.

He was done in twenty minutes. It was amazing. Great job. Very friendly. I highly recommend.

Scheduled quickly to get out to my house and gave me a one hour time window. Showed up during the window, let me know what he was going to do and finished everything in 20 minutes. Everything went great and my garage door is back to normal.

Spring broke on my garage door on Sunday. I sent an email to Rumi (thru Angies List) on Sunday to request an appointment to come fix. A response was received that Sunday afternoon and an appointment time was scheduled for Monday morning. I was surprised and thankful to receive an email on Sunday, as I was expecting not to hear anything till Monday. Mike was at my house at the scheduled time on Monday and only took him about 20 minutes to fix the broken spring on the garage door. I was very happy with the service and would recommend Rumi Garage Door. I will definitely use again.

Mike is an excellent repairman and really understands garage doors and openers. This is the second time I used Rumi and both times he was very responsive (came out same day), charged a fair price and gives a one year guarantee on his work. Last time he replaced a broken torsion spring and installed a wireless combination remote controller. This visit he repaired a broken sprocket on my Lift Master opener. I was afraid I would need a new opener but he had part and was able to quickly fix the problem.

Rumi rocks! As I was leaving for work, and went to open my garage door, I discovered it would only open a foot. I called Rumi, and he quickly diagnosed it as a probable broken spring. He was at my house in less than a half hour and had the door fixed very quickly. I decided to have both springs replaced as they were the same age and the other was probably in its way out anyway. I will be using Rumi again when I decide to replace my garage door in the future!

One of my garage door openers stopped working and the other was very loud. Mike discussed multiple options. I decided on LiftMaster Belt Openers. Set an appointment for following week. Mike was on time and did an excellent job. He replaced rails, openers, wires and keypads. He set up all remote openers. Fantastic job, I would highly recommend Mike.

I was very impressed and happy with the service we received. He was able to come out the same day I had called him. The night before I had parked my car in the most inconvenient way, right in the middle of the garage, not that I was expecting my garage springs to break. He was very careful working around the vehicle and was very efficient. I would definitely use his sevices again and recommend him to family and friends. Couldn't be happier!!

They came out quickly, within an hour, and fixed the problem which essentially required two springs to be replaced. Great service, prompt and professional.

My old opener was suddenly out of work, and I called Mike around 8:30pm (I am a little surprised when he answered my call), and I asked him to give me a quote about the opener and installation fees. He gave me a list of Liftmaster models to choose, and I chose the model 8550 and the total charge is $430. Next day, he came earlier than the scheduled time. I told him I know his contact information from Angielist, and he immediately gave me $15 off discount, therefore, the total charge is $415, and I am very happy about it. Mike did an excellent job in installing the opener, sensors, and key pad, he is very skilled and efficient, it only took him around 1 hour to finish everything. I am very impressed by his expertise and efficiency. P.S. Before I contacted Mike, and I also got a quote from another guy, but the price offered by Mike is better. In addition, Mike offered two remote controls, and the other guy who offered higher price only provide one remote control.
