We had just installed new windows; and I needed advice on how best to cover my windows for privacy (wood blinds, woven woods, or cellular shades, etc.) as well as possible decorative treatments in the future. I value Susan's recommendations as she has been in the business for many years and knows what works and what does not. I also needed to know approximate costs for the coverings I might select, and she was able to provide a cost range for me.

+ -1 moreI phoned to make an appointment for a Saturday. The appointment. was arranged for Saturday, May 31st at 9:00am. No one called to confirm the day before the appointment. No one showed up for the appointment. When I phoned at 9:15 to see if anyone was coming, I received an answering machine saying they were closed on Saturdays. I left a message telling them the appointment. Was arranged 2 weeks prior & said I would wait until 9:30 in case someone was just running late. No one ever showed. Additionally, it is now Monday, June 2nd and STILL no one has called me to rearrange the appointment. and apologize.
