EXCELLENT!!!

I was in need of a repairman and had used Angie's List. The repairman I called did not come out to the Willowbrook area.He recommended Premium. I thought I'd get it a try. Ted's schedule was tight but had promised even on a Sunday to come out. Not only was it Sunday, but on time! He was very pleasant and appearance was clean. Very professional. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and left me with the decision to repair or purchase. He explained everything thoroughly. I will be calling him in the near future. Now the U line went out! My refrigerator wasn't making ice and then began to have an inconsistent temperature (it was way too warm in the fridge and freezer). I was able to get an appointment quickly with Premium Appliance. The repair specialist, Ted, showed up at the very start of the time window I was given for the appointment (loved it because I didn't have to wait around forever!) He took care to pull the fridge out (I've had technicians scratch my wood floor by pulling it out without first putting down some floor protector) and quickly found that the fan wasn't circulating air due to the main board not working. He had the main board part on hand and replaced it quickly. He set up a time to call the next day when he would call to ensure everything was working correctly. The temperature returned to normal but still no ice the next day. I called the main number and was offered an appointment in 2 days, but Ted called me back and offered to come out that same day since he hadn't completely fixed the problems on his first visit. He ended up coming on a Saturday, quickly replaced the icemaker at no cost and the fridge is working perfectly now. I'm very satisfied with experience and will definitely call them again the next time an appliance goes kaput!

I can't believe there are not more reviews on Angie's list for these guys- there are a ton on Yelp. Fantastic service. Easy to schedule. I scheduled online and someone called to confirm a couple hours later. Fixed my dryer. The tech was great, very friendly, articulate and professional. I had done some trouble shooting of my own and after confirming the issue over the phone, he brought the part with him. Dryer was fixed. 1 year warranty. The repair may have been pricey, but it beats buying a new dryer- I have a nice front loader. They take checks and credit cards and I had my receipt emailed to me and payment made via the ipad he used. Kinda neat. Will definitely use again. Best service I have experienced from an in-home repair service.

It went very well with the first call and the diagnosis. The second call for the repair only took about 15 minutes. My only complaint is that it was almost two weeks between diagnosis and repair. This seemed way to long for a part to arrive.

Called them at 9:45am after I discovered clothes dryer had stopped working. The call bounced through a couple of ring sequences, but eventually a field technician answered. Apparently their system is set up to forward to an available person before going to voicemail. It's a sign of a well run organization when they make the extra effort to have a real person answer their calls. The technician discussed the problem with me for a few minutes and suggested that it may not be worth repairing my older dryer, but I thought it was worth a shot and he transferred me directly to a dispatcher. The dispatcher was pleasant and professional and said that they could have a tech out to my house between 10am and 12pm. Remember, this was at almost 10am to begin with. She said they would call back when the technician was on his way. She called me back at about 10am and said the tech was en route and would arrive within an hour. He arrived only 10 minutes later for what I consider an incredibly short response time. The technician was pleasant, professional and very articulate. He checked out the dryer for about a half hour and determined that the motor had failed. He suggested and I agreed that it would not be worth replacing in light of the age of the appliance. He suggested a replacement dryer, even looking it up for me on his iPad. He also discounted the service call because a repair was unwarranted. Overall, probably the best experience I've had with an in-home service call ever. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.
