+ -1 moreTHEY CAME OUT ON THE DATE, THEY CALLED TO LET ME KNOW THE WORKER WAS COMING OUT, HOW DRESSED AND TYPE OF TRUCK DRIVING. IT SEEMS TO ME THEY SUB-CONTRACT AS THE TRUCK DID NOT HAVE PEOPLES LOGO ON IT. WORKER WAS COURTEOUS. HE EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT HE DID. I WAS TOLD BEFORE THE WORKER CAME OUT THAT THEY DO NOT PROVIDE FURNACE FILTERS, SO IF FILTER NEEDS TO BE CHANGED, YOU PROVIDE IT. I FELT THAT IF I HAD NOT HUNG AROUND, THE WORKER WOULD NOT HAVE DRAINED THE WATER FROM THE TANK. I HAVE A BOILER. I HAD TO ASK HIM TO OIL THE PARTS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO BE OILED, AND HE DID IT BECAUSE I HAD THE OIL, HE DID NOT HAVE ANY.
