I hired your company primarily based upon the work I saw you perform at my brother's house earlier in 2022 in Naperville. I'm very glad that I did. In addition to the highest quality of work, your overall pricing was very reasonable and competitive. A great value. You have once again delivered a high performance and met or exceeded each of my expectations. I will plan on working with you again when future opportunities arise such as my entry door and/or rear kitchen slider door. I appreciated the efficient initial project survey and delivery of quotation by Mr. Bruce to begin the project. Company owner Don taking the time in walking the job site and confirming the quotation details line by line prior to finalizing the contract gave me further confidence I was making the right choice by hiring your firm. I appreciated the organization and responsiveness of the office team from Sandy and Viktoria during the overall process. It was smooth all along. Finally, your installation crew of Joe, Jerry and Patrick are simply impressive. Extremely organized, clean, pleasant, efficient and hardworking. I was present during the installation and watched how they worked together, fixed existing defects affecting the new work without hesitation and installed my windows as if it were their own house. They asked me for my thoughts on several details which I appreciated. I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of the finishing touches. The exterior appearance surrounding the new windows in the front of the house was a primary concern of mine from the beginning of this project. They are fine craftsmen and the aluminum cladding installation exceeded my expectations and resolved my concerns with the look of the final product.

I contacted three local companies to obtain quotes for replacing my front door. I had a particular brand and door in mind, which was sold by each of the three firms. Don was the last of the three to come out to give me a quote. He was extremely thorough, and very patiently answered all of my questions. The next day he delivered the quote. I was extremely surprised to find it was about $900 lower than the next lowest quote. I kept pestering Don with questions to make sure I was comparing apples to apples. And it turns out they just have lower overhead which allows them to be more competitive on price. The installer was very prompt, and did a great job installing the door. It's exactly what I wanted and looks great. From start to finish, Don and Sandy (in the office) were fabulous to work with. I would definitely recommend them, and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

Naperville Windows and Doors provided excellent service to us. We selected Marvin Fiberglass windows and are quite pleased. This company replaced all of the windows in our home. Don and Sandy were responsive throughout the process and Peter did and excellent job installing our windows. Definitely recommend.

Excellent work and craftsmanship. Excellent customer service. Excellent pricing. We had our front entry and garage doors replaced. The color of the weather stripping for the garage door came out with too much red against the mahogany color on the garage door. Even though the entry door was installed already, they didn't ask for the final payment until the whole project was done. Not many contractors would do that. Very happy with the doors and the service we received. We would definitely recommend them

We are extremely happy with our experience. Owners Don and Sandy were extremely helpful, responsive and available throughout the entire process. The installers were polite, professional and their attention to detail/quality were evident. The windows look amazing. I give Naperville Windows and Doors my highest recommendation.

A "Don" called and left a message saying he was on his way to give me an estimate for a sliding glass door. He never showed up or called again to explain.

We interviewed five window providers in Chicagoland area, three of which are approved fly Marvin. We visited their showrooms and had them each come out for estimates. As far as quality, all seemed acceptable. Price was another matter. Naperville Window and Door provided great quality and service along with the same Marvin Ultimate Windows for far less than the other two Marvin dealer/installers and in line with the others who weren’t. We replaced a five pane bow and four large awning windows in our basement, They were thousands less than the competitors. We did the wood finishing ourselves to save even more. And, when we needed follow up on a window latch the owner stopped by himself for the repair. His wife followed up to make sure all was done right. We are very pleased to work with with this family business. We heartily recommend them for any replacement or repair.

We have used Naperville Windows & Doors twice in the last 12 months and will definitely use them again in the future. In both cases we were able to get a response on the same day for scheduling or having questions, it has always been pleasant talking with all of their associates. Also in both jobs we have received quotes from the other companies and the quotes from Naperville Windows & Doors are twice most competitive, the provided work plan is simple and straight forward.

The whole process of replacement of the patio door was excellent. 1) Detailed contract of all the work to be done as well all the data about the new door 2) The Installers were on time, introducing themselves, and very professional. 3) Once all the work was completed, my home was spotless. They cleaned up everything. In addition before leaving, they walked me though the new door features since a lot has changed over the 20 years of the old patio door.

Well done at the right price. The install team was very hard working, quick and cleaned up wonderfully after the job was done.

Excellent. They took 4 days including handling some trim work on the outside of my house. We went with Marvin Integrity fiberglass windows with a wood return. It was a great choice over the vinyl replacement windows offered by multiple other companies. We had replacement vinyl windows in half the house and the original vinyl windows in the other half. Vinyl shrinks over time and they leak. We were not going to spend more money on product that needs to be replaced every 7 to 10 years... These Fiberglass windows are about 50% quieter from road noise and we have no more drafts! Two men did the work, and cleaned up as then went. They were polite and very skilled and fast. It was 20 degrees outside and my house never dropped below 55 with the heat off as they had the windows in and out one at a time quickly.

A door design considered from a different vendor was installed at a greatly reduced price. The door is satisfactorily installed, although it would have been nice if the minor paint fixes on the siding around the door had been included.

Thanks to Don and Sandy for great service and installation of all our windows this fall. Professional, courteous, and quality products. I am recommending this company to neighbors who ask about our window replacement.

The whole process went extremely well. Salesman Tim was very professional and knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The scheduling and measurement confirmation process was smooth, and the installation crew and finished product was excellent.

The quality of the doors are beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with them. Dated steel entry door was replaced with wood textured fiberglass, and sliding patio door was replaced with French doors. It was very easy to communicate with Don. We didn't feel pressured in any way, as had been the case with other companies we received quotes from. Pricing was also very reasonable and competitive as compared with many other companies. Sandy was easily accessible for questions via email and phone. The installers were also excellent, punctual, professional, and made sure everything was protected and cleaned afterwards. Surprisingly, they worked all day with no breaks until the jobs were finished. We need our windows replaced soon and will be contacting Don again. Highly recommended!

The guys that came out said the windows couldn?t be repaired. So, I had to get them replaced.
